We went through the drive thru and received our order. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell what flavor my Blizzard was. Upon going inside to have it remade, there were many customers waiting in line but no employees. Just left after waiting and seeing no employees. It’s a lot of money for a Blizzard that has no taste. Definitely will go elsewhere next time.

I ordered a large Dr Pepper, small Cuban sandwich, chili cheese dog and some.chili cheese on the side. Very tasty. My only disappointment was the amount of chili I got in the small cup. Usually they fill it all the way to the top. But today they barely filled it half way.

We don’t get to each out very much due to medical costs and today decided to get the chicken strips basket as we’ve gotten many places before. He even ordered extra Texas toast. He gets home and the fries are in a little kids ice cream container, all 9 fries, the gravy is the consistency of water, the drink was mixed so wrong it tasted like stale diet coke, and NO TOAST. He calls them and the answer was “we don’t sell that here.” So they charged full price that others charge but no toast and they didn’t tell him when he ordered extra toast. I will be writing to corporate and never ever go here again. What a rip. UPDATE July 31 = after 4 times explaining the order they gave us the wrong one, never again

I’ve been coming here all my life, and after my last 4 visits to this particular DQ, I will never return to this DQ. The staff is nearly always incompetent to do something as simple as make ice cream cones. They’ve messed up my order so many times sits unbelievable and then thy just kind of stare at you with their mouths open when you kindly ask them to fix it. Also the dipped cones used to have a nice thick shell, now they are as thin as paper, good luck getting the staff to dip your cone properly either.

Great Dairy Queen! They don’t go light on the good stuff in the blizzards. Also, their Cubans are the best in town. Sometimes the drive thru line is insanely long but that’s usually just on weekend evenings.
