I always said this was the best Dairy Queen in Georgia and I always highly looked forward to stopping there. But as of late the service has really gone downhill. I was there last night and it took forever to get my order. Too many teenagers in there running around laughing and playing on their phones and ignoring customers. I asked for a blizzard, I was the only one in the store and it took them 20 minutes to make my blizzard. The entire counter staff left my blizzard on the counter melting as they were laughing outside in the parking lot. It was hard to even have a conversation because they were so loud and running around. I felt like I was in a daycare.

I do not live in monticello. But I have been visiting there since I was a child, Im 52 now.i always loved how it was unchanged, and food was always better than any other DQ. but was disappointed to find on my last visit, the store was remodeled. Dont get me wrong, it was nice. But I liked it how it was, also sad to see the motel gone. You used to have to pay for the room at DQ. Food is still great!

I have grown up in Monticello where Dairy Queen has been the only fast food restaurant for many many years. Today I was in the mood for a hot fudge sundae. I ordered a medium. What I received was anything but. By the time I got to the pick up window I received a partially melted sundae with maybe enough ice cream to be considered a small. I paid almost $5 for this????

Purchased an ice cream cake for my grandmother’s birthday and it was the wrong ice cream flavor. Very disappointed. On the receipt for the cake there were no notes that even specified the flavors we requested. We were unable to enjoy it. Very unfortunate.

They are usually really good. But today was the worst. Hamburgers were old and cheese wasn’t even melted. We ordered an extra fry but didn’t get it. Very disappointed!!!

This is a very known place in Jasper Co.It is also the longest running restaurant in Monticello. You could say it’s a big part of the history here. Now that they have installed a third lane on the highway in front of the store it’s a lot easier to get in and out of the parking lot. And I think it’s the best Daily Queen in the state of Georgia. I have always enjoyed the food here. If my information is helpful please like my review.

Waited over 20 minutes on my order, people that came in after me received there orders and was already eating. No one employed there ever asked what I was waiting on, I had to eventually ask them about my order, only to find it had been cleared from the system! This was on the evening of 5/4/23 around 7:20pm!
