I visited here a few times, mostly because short wait and convenience. Each time I’m not really impressed. This last visit may be my last. I specifically asked for no tomatoes. And they found the thickest slice they could. The lettuce was also mostly chunks, not leaf or shredded. The whole sandwich looked sad. After taking off the tomato and several chunks of lettuce, the sandwich did taste good. The fries were good and fresh. The guy behind the counter seemed like I burdened him just placing an order, but that’s fast food now days.

This is my favorite Dairy Queen. The staff is personable, and they know their customers even if it’s been a while since they saw you. It makes a big difference when the merchant makes you feel appreciated!

Went by the store at 8:30 and there was 5 cars in the drive through. I was taking my little girl on a night out with daddy. And our first stop was ice cream. We’ll noone was in the store 2.5hrs prior to the posted closing time on the doors. That was very disappointing. They lost 5- 7 cars of business including myself noone was in the store well before close

Usually the service is great, food comes as ordered, and everything is fresh!! Recently I ordered my meal and three chicken tender kids meals, and was given complete garbage!! NOT A SINGLE TENDER… nothing but overly battered pieces of chicken so hard my kids couldn’t eat it!! When I called I wasn’t allowed to speak to management, and I was told in order for anything to be done I must return the food!! I wouldn’t have minded at all if I lived close or would return soon, but it was completely offensive!! They STOLE $17 from me for those kids meals and I had to order food elsewhere!! While I didn’t save the garbage they served my kids to bring back I’ll add the picture of the rocks they called chicken!! AVOID ORDERING CHICKEN TENDERS HERE, AND GOD FORBID YOU EVER NEED THEM TO FIX YOUR ORDER!!

I got a medium oreo blizzard with extra oreos and paid $7 and my blizzard was nothing but vanilla but I had To pay for extra oreos. I will not be back at this high priced dairy queen.

What’s not to love about Dairy Queen? My only complaint is that they have discontinued the drumstick blizzard. The store manager said I should talk to corporate! In light of this news, we left without ordering anything. When you have your mind made up about what you want and it isn’t available, there really isn’t an acceptable alternative.

After finding multiple hairs in my wife’s gravy. We called and complained atleast 20 times. I called from my cell phone 5 times and 5 times from house phone from 8-9. After calling back to try and get my meal replaced the owner was terribly rude and refused to replace the meal and said that it was my fault that I should of called. Me and my other half work as general managers in fast food we know there are customers that complain about anything and everything so we do our best to not complain at all but in this situation he should of apologized and just offered to remake the 8$ meal and they wouldn’t get picture proof that they have hair all in their food. If you eat here Please check your ice cream and your food they don’t/nor care to wear covers for facial hair. I’d be shocked if this is the only thing that’s wrong with their food tbh. Please for your family’s health do not eat here

Do NOT waste your money here. Not only do they upcharge compared to ALL the other dairy queens, but they’re disgusting, dirty and SO rude. They do not know the definition of customer service or proper sanitation.

Their food is infested with hair… this is not just the first time this has happened.. yet after finding hair in my family’s food. I tried to call 20+ times from 8-9. That night the same day and they wouldn’t answer. After finding the receipt in my wife’s purse a couple days later I tried again to call and got a very rude and unprofessional owner. I was told that it was my fault that I should of called the same day. I told him I did 20+ times and said I have screenshots and picture of the hair all in our food. Yet he continued to be extremely rude and refused to refund… please be careful for you and your family health and well-being don’t eat at this hair infested place. If they refuse to wear face covers for facial hair I wouldn’t be surprised if their is a lot worse stuff Going on there! Please be careful!! Don’t eat here!!
