The smallest dairy queen I’ve every eaten at. They only have ice cream and desserts there, but the two younger guys working there were nice and efficient. Our desserts taste great! Nice little place to visit. Looks a little rough from the street, and could use some TLC on the building but people seemed to be enjoying themselves. I would visit again.

When I went there, the ice cream was DELICIOUS! I love Dairy Queen, always have, and it’s probably one of the best ice cream places you’ll ever eat at. I love the blizzards and how you can add stuff like candy in it, which is cool. Also, I feel like the stuff there is really not stuff you can get at other places. I recommend Dairy Queen, and this one is a good one too. Love it!

Closed 30 minutes earlier than posted. Would not have been so bad, if the lady did not turn the open sign, off as we was approaching. Straight rude, unprofessional, and disappointing behavior. She literally turned it off in our face. The sad thing, this is our favorite DQ to visit….

I love coming to Dairy Queen because of my kids but this time the two ladies inside were very unprofessional. They did not greet me at the window then said they were closed but BOTH signs were on OPEN. One girl made on customers order with her phone in her hand while on FaceTime with someone. Very disappointed in the service.

There was a guy working when I parked within view of him and 2 customers. He took care of their order and they returned to their car. As I exited my car and approached the window to order, he turned around and went in the back of the building. I stood there thinking he would return to take my order but he didn’t.

We went to Dairy Queen on Franklin March 16th, I know they have new owners, but man. They young man assisting the man who took our order was very polite and well mannered and did a great job, but the man who took our order was EXTREMELY RUDE and very unprofessional. If he hates working there that much, then get a new job!! (2 stars because the kid was nice and did a good job giving us our order)

Terrible experience. Like others have noted, new owner or something, but the guy who barely spoke English was terrible. I asked for the advertised Heath sundae special, and he literally said, “No.” That’s it. A sign on the window also said no chocolate, and three other items, but nothing about Heath bars, so when I asked for a Heath Bar Blizzard, this guy also said, “No.” I’ll be contacting Dairy Queen, because these standards need to be reported if they claim to be a DQ franchise.

The ice cream was standard DQ. It would great to restore this location to its former glory and make it a landmark in Gastonia. The clientele was a little rough, parking lot needs a lot of work, orders were accurate but a little slow.

Store looked like it was closed down but the “open” light was on. One person working. He seemed irritated that he had to work. Actually saw him spit on the floor inside while preparing an ice cream treat. Yuck.
