The soft serve ice cream is the perfect shape those machines are something else and the ice cream itself is the softest ice cream ever and the burgers also are just as advertised all the food looked just like as advertised and the taste was also good

Went there with the family spent 70 dollars and everything was messed up. Took 20 min. to order finally got it straight just to find out they still messed it up. Went back this week to give it another try and the experience was even worse. Man doing the interviews as soon as you walked in was super nice and tried but couldn’t do it all. I was overcharged, bought and received 3 tender meals realized later I was charged for 5 the blizzards were all wrong and the man new it and apologized but did nothing to make it right. 118 dollars and will call it what it was a waste of time and money. Go anywhere else you will thank me.

Came to drive thru at 3:59 Friday March 24th, asked for a small blizzard with Heath bar and chocolate syrup, was told I had to pay extra, when asked why, was told it was company policy to charge extra on any special request, she said it came with hot fudge and Heath bar, I just wanted the syrup instead which costs less, I creasing story profit and making a customer happy. I would. Certainly understand if I asked for a more expensive product or asked to add extra ingredients. No other DQ has ever asked to charge me more. Everytime I come here I get, long waits, poor customer service, when I come inside, I have to beg or yell for someone to see me as they do not check for customers up front and disappear for long peiods of time. It seems I am an inconvenience to them. Sad.

The ice cream was great but the staff didn’t appear to know what they were doing and the woman who appeared to be the boss acted like she couldn’t stand to be there and spent most of her time scowling and telling the staff what a bad job they were doing.
