The cheeseburger was salty and unrecognizable meat like dog food, the shake was good like McDonald’s good not special. the heath sunday so little ice cream in a cup. You could order a small cone and have more ice cream. I always drive by this place and have only been there 2 times in 15 years this was my second visit. Well not likely to have a 3rd.

I love this place. There’s been a few times the place has been unexpectedly closed, but that does not detract from how good a blizzard is on a warm afternoon. Don’t forget to add a pup cup for your doggies. Thanks for serving the community!!

Simply put, they are never open. When google says they’re open, they’re not open. It’s about a 15 minute drive from our house and they’re always closed. The few times they are open they have very strange hours and costs are almost 8 dollars for an ice cream, forget blizzards, too expensive. They don’t offer the app like other locations. Even in the times they’re open, the line is usually 20+ cars deep and ends up being a 45 minute wait. Highly disappointed.

We live close to this DQ and are big Blizzard fans. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to buy one at this location for over 4 years. They are rarely open and if they are the service is poor and the owners are down right mean. I wish the owners would sell this franchise to someone who actually wants to run it properly and serve the community.

Employees, super nice. Food, meh. And the Manager? A complete jerk! We were ordering our food in the drive through and she literally rushed us, saying that there was a long line behind us (there were 2 cars behind us , that’s not even long)! She called us too hyper when we were simply telling her that we didn’t like the way she spoke to us. Her employees were better behaved than her grown self! She had a horrible attitude, and based on other reviews, seriously needs to retire! She also told us to never come back again (reminder, this was our FIRST TIME at this place) and threatened to call the police because she claimed that we refused to move (we were waiting for her to give us our icecream)! The ice-cream upon that was very MID and melted before we got to eat it. Overall, 1/5 experience, the manager has some serious loose screws, and if you want good DQ ice-cream SEARCH ELSEWHERE!

Ordered cheese burger and chili dog with cheese fries and drinks. The food is delicious and service great. Inside dining is not available currently. It is drive-through only and always busy. Staff work quickly to move customers through the drive-through.

We live about 10 minutes from this location and have been multiple times and there’s always some excuse or mixup with their hours. Last week, we went and they were closed for an ENTIRE WEEK for their “50th Anniversary.” Tonight, we arrived 10 minutes before closing. They closed their inside and had a person holding a “CLOSED” sign at the end of the drive thru refusing any additional cars to get in line.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. It’s inside is never open and the store is constantly closed for various reasons, the third time in less than two month at one point it was closed for a week. They had it closed the day before 4th of July for training who does that? I don’t know how this place makes money. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.

I’m not sure if this place is open or not. Tried going not too long ago, but when I arrived the place was closed(I went during hours of operation) . Looked on Google last week and it said the location was temporarily closed, which usually means the location will be closed for awhile, but I looked today and it says open. I do not want to drive another 20mins to be disappointed. There are no Dairy Queen’s near me. This location and the one in the mall are the closest to me, and I’m not interested in walking through the Arundel Mills mall just to get ice cream.
