I give it 3 stars due to the fact that I’ve never had what you would call a bad experience here but it’s never been great either. When it gets busy the customer service seems to suffer and everyone looks busy however I’m not sure if they actually are. The staff is definitely always curious and they do have good attitudes. Dairy Queen has been in this community for a long time and I for one hope that they are a part of the community for a long time to come.

This place has its ups and downs. Right now its very down. First of all the prices are incredibly high and the amount for what you do pay for is a lot less. Service isn’t great. They sound like they rather be home than serve you. Won’t be going there again, tired of it. Save my money and buy ice cream at grocery store.

We went through the drive through about 10 minutes before closing. I expect to have the same service and quality ice cream as if I was arriving in the middle of the day. The product we received was less than adequate. A medium twist cone that was to be chocolate and Vanilla. I had just the smallest line of chocolate. Cone was 90 % vanilla and 10% chocolate. This is unacceptable. I also ordered a butter finger blizzard made with mixed ice cream and surprise it was again vanilla. I won’t be returning for a while as you lost my business. Plus your hours SUCK.

Why is this the only Dairy Queen that closes early. Hagerstown and Chambersburg Dairy Queens stay open until 10… Who doesn’t like ice cream in the evening…not at Waynesboro Dairy Queen.

Everyone has gotten sick from the ice cream served here 2x… The first time, we thought it was just a flook since we love ice cream and have been to other DQ’s. The 2nd time, we realized it is this location! I wouldn’t recommend, yikes. Totally unpleasant experience.

The food was soggy, and the taste was bland. I believe this burger was sitting out for awhile, and I didn’t even finish it. It went straight into the trash when I got home.

Prior to Covid19, my hubby and I used to come here about once a week for our treats. We would get burgers or hot dogs, fries and dessert, usually a caramel blizzard. The prices are good, food is good and the inside atmosphere is good…staff always friendly and helpful.
