Went here for a date night and everything was wonderful! TC, our server, was amazing! The food was also incredible. Honestly better than actually sushi. They put a lot of thought into their menu and where they buy their ingredients which is a wonderful thing to hear as a consumer.

Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Everyone has to try this place, even meat lovers. Everything is made in house. The service was super friendly and we had the whole place to ourselves. Make sure to reserve ahead of time. The Hot Girl and Volcano Roll were spicier than I thought. Really delicious. The Basil Fried Rice was soooo good. Our table ate that so quickly.

Delicious, as always! We were regulars here back around 2020, then moved out of state. On our way out of town with the moving van, this was our meal of choice to bring on the road.
Today, we got to enjoy their expanded sit-down restaurant which had lovely mood lighting and was vibing some great music.
My Basil Fried Rice was just as tasty as it was years ago, with flavorful chopped mushrooms and vegan “egg”.
My boyfriend and I both loved the Monster Balls, and I will be ordering some for myself, next time! He also really liked the “XMas Roll” seasonal special.

I wish I had taken a picture before we started eating because it was so beautiful. They had the most amazing ginger and real wasabi, and the server was so knowledgeable. Everything was so fresh and fast and even my family of picky eaters took it down to clean plates. We had the ill Nigiri and several Unagi’s and the coconut pudding and two rolls! Would totally go again next time I was in Las Vegas

We decided to try this establishment as we were seeking a new experience. My daughter follows a vegan diet, and it can often be challenging to locate suitable vegan choices. However, Daikon Vegan Sushi provided an excellent experience from start to finish. We sampled the spider sushi, monster balls, and some fried karaage (tofu), all of which were perfectly seasoned and prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed the appetizers, and the staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming.

Daikon Vegan Sushi is truly a gem! Every roll is beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor and you honestly don’t miss the fish at all. The ingredients are fresh, the sauces perfectly balanced, and the presentation is stunning. ✨ The staff is kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Whether you’re vegan or not, this place will surprise you in the best way. I’d happily drive from California to Las Vegas just to enjoy this amazing sushi again!

It’s my first time ever trying vegan sushi, and it’s definitely one of the best sushi I’ve ever had! I was surprised that it almost didn’t seem like it was vegan, but it definitely is. I got the spider roll and I made the right choice! This place is 100% recommended to those who are vegan and looking for a great sushi place to eat at. I will absolutely come back after this.
