This is the third time I’ve been told I can’t add items at the window, regardless of whether the store was busy or not. Each time there’s been an issue with my order, it felt like more attention was given to chatting and gossip than to apologizing or correcting the mistake.
Management should place more emphasis on basic customer service. If orders are consistently getting mixed up and corrected at the window, it would be reasonable to allow customers the same flexibility to add items there as well.
P.S. Customers can tell the difference between iced coffee and cold brew — they’re not interchangeable

The DD in Pawcatuck has the worse customer service of any I have ever visited. Everytime I go there, which is very rare seeing it is not far from my home, there is a problem. All I get is a small black coffee and that is like pulling teeth. Please train your employees better

asked if a drink came in a large at the beginning of the order. lady put it as medium and i said i wanted a large. she said “if you asked for a large why does it say medium on the screen?” idk girl like that’s ur job

I just went in two days ago and the ppl were sweet ,got my order correct at Dunkin for the first time,the ones I normally go to gets it wrong but first time and and did not disappoint. Who ever this manger is,and works are keep up the great work

I waited at the speaker for 7 minutes and didn’t hear a “I’ll be right with you” or anything. I backed up and pulled forward again thinking they may have missed the “beep” as I am very familiar with the process for the employees. I waited there another 5 minutes and then decided to pull up to the window. The woman at the window asked if I had ordered, I told her the situation and that I wasn’t able to order at the speaker so I wanted to order at the window. She rolled her eyes and shut the window Then opened it again, to tell me to wait a couple minutes and proceeded to stand at the window with her back towards me. Then when I finally ordered it, it took another 10 minutes to receive my beverages. At this point there was a line behind me about 2 to 3 cars. I understand when people are busy, And as I said, I understand this industry well But the situation definitely could’ve been handled better. For reference, I came through the drive-through at 2:35pm on 8/22/25.

This bunch was excellent this morning. I wish I could remember them each by name, but you know who you are this morning. I definitely noticed all the hard work as busy as you guys were and the high-quality service that you gave to every single person from the person at the register to the person in the drive-through to the person serving the drinks everyone was top-notch polite, kind, and ready to help. I have not seen this type of service since before the pandemic so please know how great you were.

I had a mobile on the go order. Sat in line with one car in front of me at the window for 20 minutes. When I got to the window finally I sat another 10 minutes and watched them take their sweet ole time to make my order. Mind you it should’ve already been ready but they had no idea what I even ordered when it’s on the sticker that prints out. Good thing it was my day off. I would recommend NOT going here if you’re on your way to work.
