Have gone here twice now, first time was for lunch and then came in for breakfast. Great spot for food and pricing is decent for the amount and quality too. For lunch, we got the burger and the cod fish and got their fries. For breakfast, we go the breakfast burrito with hashbrowns and a custom omelette.
Cheeseburger and fries 4/5
– Burger was pretty big, it wasn’t dry either. A little salty for my liking but other than that, it was a decent burger. The fries were seasoned and again a little salty but not bad!

– I did not get to try this personally but my friend throughly enjoyed it. It was a big sandwich too and they gave plenty of tartar sauce.
Breakfast burrito 4/5
– Big portion and loaded with lots of filling, flavour was not too bad either. The hashbrowns were slightly greasy so I didn’t really enjoy it as much.
Omelette
– Pretty standard, my friend enjoyed this one as well.
Overall, would probably try their dinner next time. They also have TVs so would be good to watch the hockey game!

I so want to like this place, but there is a different set of people working every time I come here. We have been sitting here for 20 minutes, watching everyone around us get served. No one has come over to help us. Finally had to go to the bar for drinks. Would have liked food, but no one will take our order

Service was terrible. Let’s start with positives. Food was great! Especially for the prices. That being said the service for a Sunday brunch was horriblem Sat at the bar and the bartender would disappear for 20 mins at a time. Stayed for 2 hrs… when it was completely empty was the most we saw of her… even though it seemed servers had most of the bar tables. Bartender kept going outside talking on the phone. I had an empty glass twice for 20 mins…. it did seem something was happening as the bartender took the cranky server outside multiple times between her phone calls. Same server was upset the phone was ringing and didn’t want to answer it. She wasnt friendly and seemed annoyed to even be there. Before we left more people sat at the bar and this lady went without a drink for 15-20 mins before some guy said “hope you’re not too thristy” and “order 2 at a time”. Everybody noticed the bartender across the street even.. im not sure if more alcohol was over there or what. But hard to serve drinks from the house across the street. We suggested to pay immediately since we waited a min of 15 mins to pay. 1st time there.. not sure I’ll ever be back. I bartend and serve for a living and would be reprimanded for this type of service… ever… and I sat at the bar. My father in law like the place… not sure what he sees in it. Just to add… Food was incredible.. decently priced comparable to the area. Service was awful… maybe the B or C rated staff handles weekends.. bold strategy Cotton

Its hard pressed to leave anything less than a bad review after our experience. The place is a small quaint bar which is fine. You should not have to hear about the servers complaining about not receiving good tips. Our server never checked on us after the food was dropped off. She was too busy talking at the bar with other staff which made us not want to tip. Definitely won’t be a repeat customer.

Prices online aren’t clear. We got 8 apps, 3 burgers w/ fries, and a sandwich with o-rings. Price was $131. Seemed a lot to me, but it was good and fast.

Passing through with my favorite Bears fan, sadly minimal Bears decor. I had the nightly special pork steak and it was awesome. Fries were perfection! Food is quality for this price point.

Breakfast was great! Very laid back atmosphere in the morning with an obvious local crowd! Service was top notch, food came out quickly, they kept our coffee full and I love the bar vibe without the noise in the morning!

We’ve been here several times since my first review, unfortunately the first time was the best, the other visits were just ok. Service is still great but food has been disappointing.
