I had the pleasure of stopping in the Hamilton location and from the time I walked in Tracy took good care of me she explained the menu and the prices and all the specials too. She made me feel right at home so I sat down and eat my food at this location. The other staff members where also super polite and courteous to everyone else who walked in I’m big on service and if you are order from this location the service is second to none. Stopped by for the first time on a Sunday around 430. They were very busy with takeout orders and dashers.
It took close to 25-30 minutes to get our food. I had original hot (tastes like Wings and Rings Buffalo mild) the wife had hickory BBQ. Would give 0 stars if I could it’s absolutely ridiculous that the boy I spoke to about a month ago didn’t take down my fiances name like he said he would for the credit of a 20 piece boneless deal after he had spent a good amount of money on 50 wings a month ago and only got 30. I will never be coming to this location again that’s for sure it’s extremely unprofessional and they clearly need new staff. I remember the guy trying to blame doordash but it is also the employees responsibility to make sure they give ALL the bags for the order to the dasher to prevent things like this from happening. Do better. Nobody wants to pay almost $60 for wingstop to only receive half of the order and Wingstop management should’ve done more to fix this issue.

We ordered 2x chicken sandwhiches and and fries with extra seasoning during the evening around 7:30pm and the fries we got are soft, old, cold, burnt fries, bland with no seasoning let alone extra seasoning, it was horrible. It tasted like they just took all the left over fries and handed it to us. Very disappointing because when we ordered during the day the fries was crunchy and warm and had a decent amount of seasoning the chicken burgers was good. Stay away during the evening because staff are probably too lazy to cook food properly. Pity! Now we know whats a good time to get fresh sandwhiches and fries.

The last two times I visited this Wingstop location, my food must’ve not been drained of the grease, because my chicken tenders were soaked, and there was not only a puddle of grease in with my food, but the bag was soaked inside and out, so much that it ruined a brand new pair of Tommy Hilfiger pants. I was very disappointed, especially the second time.

Man, y’all get 1 star tonight. waiting on my wings since 6:04 it’s now 7:05 and STILL WAITING. When I came in at 6:20 she said 8 more minutes as if they were working on it.. no one even dropped the chicken for my order. Didn’t offer to take anything off the charge just asked if I want brownies. I don’t want brownies I want my food ready when yal said it would be ready. Then I hear y’all asking people who’ve waited as long as I have if not longer to submit a survey on their experience lol WOW.
