Tried Da Nani Pirates and got the fish and chips I added extra fish (3 more pieces), and it was totally worth the extra charge. The fish was crispy, fresh, and paired perfectly with their house-made tartar sauce. So flavorful and satisfying.
Honestly, this was probably the best fish & chips I had in all of Maui. I’d 100% come back here again. I wish they had a location in L.A.!
Highly recommend if you’re in the area and love quality seafood done right.

If you like Ahi, Da Nani Pirates should be on your list of go-to places.
I had the seared Ahi tacos and my spousal unit had the seared Ahi wrap. Same ingredients, different wrapper (my wife prefers flour to corn tortillas). For me, one of the things that really made it interesting, was the inclusion of macadamia nuts. Most of the other ingredients can be found in a fish taco. But the blend of seasonings was good here, too. So it was more than just the addition of the nuts.
Also, their take on mac salad is great! It’s a combo potato/mac salad that’s not too sweet, with just the right blend of mac and potatoes. My wife let me try a bite, but was reluctant to share more. That should tell you something.
It’s a food truck court in a parking lot, so atmosphere is not great. But whether just arriving, or getting ready to leave, try to fit Da Nani Pirates into your day.

The big kahuna pulled pork sandwich topped with an egg served with Mac salad and long grain rice was one of, if not the best meal I had on the island. Wish I had come here first instead of on my way to the airport.

Shrimp was good, but the rice was a soggy mess. Flavor was just meh on the garlic sauce for the garlic shrimp plate. The man working the truck was really rude. He didn’t even hand me my plate, he just set it in the window of the truck. I tried to ask him a question and he just walked away. Very disappointed that I chose that food truck when there were so many others!

Best Mac salad we’ve found on the island. Well worth the stop after you get off the plane or before you head home. The seared ahi was amazing! Great selection of fish, pork (highly recommend the sliders or big kahuna), plate lunch, salads and burgers. Super friendly guys. Try the hurricane fries. You won’t be disappointed with anything you try.

This is one of several food trucks in the park. I thought the food was good but not consistent. The ahi tuna tacos were delicious and very full! The pork sliders were good, but they were rather empty. The bread ended up being too much and overpowered the pork. The bread was also very dry or stale. This was very evident because the proportion was heavy towards the bread.

Fish n Chips were excellent. The portion that I received is larger than it appeared on their menu. Hot and fresh.
Ordered the calamari as well. It was good, but not a standout. While I ate at this location I saw several other food truck locations during my time on Maui.
Relatively small parking lot, so I could see it getting pretty packed here.

Absolutely smashing food!! We ordered from this food truck three days in a row and each time we got tasty and fresh food. The fish was always fresh and cooked perfectly.
The fresh fish tacos and the Kalypso burger we got were simply amazing. Whatever they are charging, is not enough!!
