The Saloon/Restaurant offers a selection of locally sourced steaks, burgers, appetizers, sandwiches, salads and more prepared by our chefs. The full service bar offers a great selection of local brews, signature cocktails, and wine. We also offer our fun and one of kind Cowboy cookout. Enjoy our large indoor BBQ and cook your steak with a selection of seasoning, sides, and expert tips. We offer free pool, saddle bar stools, and a guaranteed area time. We are Garfield County’s only licensed full service bar and patrons must be 21+ older to enter. We also provide our entire menu available for takeout for guests under 21. Open seasonally May through October!

Amazing food and atmosphere. Service was great. We got the brisket and ribeye and they were awesome!
We also had apple pie in house,and the peach cobbler to go. We heated up the cobbler the next day and it was still amazing! Both come with ice cream but we didn’t get the cobbler with ice cream since it was to go. Still amazing.

Great service at the Outlaw. Ribeye steaks were good although we expected them to be a little more tender coming from a butcher. The pretzel bites were perfect for us. Some were soft, which my husband prefers and some were crunchy which I prefer. The salad fixings bar is a nice touch. We liked being able to customize our salads. Overall we recommend the Outlaw.

Came in for a quick bite to eat while passing through town. We were kindly greeted at the door and promptly seated. Our server was inviting and provided very quick service. Our food came out in a very timely manner and was very flavorful. The pretzel bites were amazing and the cheese dip had just the perfect amount of heat and seasoning to it. We also ordered garlic fries and a basket of wings, which did not disappoint either. Will definitely return when in the area.

An absolute great place. Chrissy was so sweet, we came after my friends had a small intimate wedding. We decided to go and have dinner and drinks. The steaks and the queso bacon burger were bomb. They were all so sweet celebrating the bride and groom We look forward to next year!

Husband and I had a near by cabin and he had dinner here. The food, staff were absolutely fantastic. I got the pulled pork and it was delicious. My husband got the steak ribeye and it was juicy and delicious. Will be back again. Oh and the fried pickles and are a must try!

We were on a week-long trip visiting nearby parks and had just spend three days being disappointed by the food everywhere (especially near the Grand Canyon). Having such great good and service was an absolute pleasure.
I got a 16 oz Ribeye, my wife got an Impossible burger. It was end of the season so some of the beer taps were out, but our server (I think her name was Kristy?) came through recommending a great local beer.

We loved it here, came twice while on our trip through Utah. Both Crissy & Christine were so welcoming & friendly. They came back throughout to check on us and we enjoyed their conversation. The food was so good, they have a salad bar & locally source their meat. The fried pickles are to die for & the ranch is homemade and the best ranch I have had. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very relaxed and welcoming. Would love to come back here again on the next trip.

As it was located right down the road from our Airbnb, we decided to try it out. Great place and great food. Gabby and Sara did a fabulous job and were super attentive. I had a lemon drop martini which was fantastic. We both had the ribs which came with salad, baked potato and roll. Everything was great. We would recommend!
