We stopped here for dinner on our way further South. We got lucky, getting there at 4:55, with their reopening at 5 for dinner. We were seated right away, the waitress was pleasant and attentive. I really liked the choice of “petite portions” on most of the dinner selections. I ordered the petite fried oysters with hush puppies and pasta salad. My husband had a bowl of chili and loaded potatoes. The oysters were not large, they were the perfect size, but they lacked flavor, the pasta salad and the hush puppies were the same, just okay. My husband said the chili was okay, the potatoes were huge, but obviously left over baked potatoes. The potatos lacked flavor too. The old fashioned my husband ordered was “okay, nothing special” in his words. We were given a dessert menu, at the bottom were two alcoholic drinks, I was intrigued and ordered the spiked creek smore. To say it was a disappointment would be mild. The drink wasn’t rimmed in graham crackers and the marshmallows weren’t toasted. I asked the waitress is this made right? She said it must be, then I showed her the menu. Oh, they must be out of graham crackers. I ask about the toasted marshmallows, oh that’s not right, I go see if they have a torch and was going to take the drink back. I said nevermind it’s here now, I’m very disappointed but I’ll drink it. Well that was a waste of $9.50! It was more foam than it was liquid and the “bartender”, a term I’ll use lightly, was very heavy handed in the vodka. I ended up drinking a ounce and a half of vodka with a lot of foam. We won’t be going out of our way to return.

Ran in for a quick lunch take out. The waitress was pretty cool and came out quickly and took my order. Someone told me to give this restaurant a try. I really wanted a salad and The Santa Fe Chicken Caesar Salad didn’t disappoint. The dressing was perfect with the seasoned chicken, the chicken was juicy. A roll and crackers came along with it. A really tasty salad & I will stop in again. No complaints.

The extensive menu featuring wonderful seafood selections convinced us to spend our Friday evening here. Although the ambiance wasn’t what I envisioned for the level of fare offered, it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our rock fish with shrimp dinner and the lobster ravioli with asparagus were absolutely delicious! We chose the house walnut salad dressing for our side salads and what a treat that was! I’d be remiss if I didn’t commend our server Nikki for her remarkably efficient and ebulient service. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such a top notch experience! She obviously enjoys her job and her customers!

Wonderful food, great service, and good drinks too! I had the crab cakes, hush puppies, and a salad. My friend had a lemon Parmesan chicken, and it was all delicious, especially the crab cakes and their walnut dressing. They even make their own tartar sauce as well which was surprisingly great!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, all the photos I had seen prior made it look like a fairly small family spot. It is actually very spacious with lovely decor, a nice homely vibe in the restaurant and the waitress Victoria was lovely too. Really wish I would’ve tried this place earlier, and will definitely be back!

Great service and food was top notch. We were Down on business and this is the best dinner we have gotten in 2 trips down. We had the sea scallops, lobster ravioli, and pecan pie praline. The seating had room between tables that made for a comfortable dining experience. We were not rushed through dinner. The cocktails before dinner were good and they had a nice bar selection. The seating had water views that was a plus for an evening meal. When we asked to share a meal not only did we get an extra plate we had the meal split and served on 2 plates. The very best service we have gotten in Elizabeth City. The scallop photo was just haft of the full order. We definitely will be going back.

Food was excellent! Crab cakes, coleslaw, and hush puppies. Wow, their take on these with the Greek spin was amazing. Service was slow due to it being Christmas week, and our company finally decided to do something. But the food was worth it. We were there during lunch, so the atmosphere might be different at night.

Recently purchased via the order option on Google maps (door dash) for pickup at their restaurant. Arrived and parked near their door on the street, called and asked if the order was ready and they said yes, it’s at the front desk. Usually, I have to walk to the back of their restaurant to pickup my order, so I said, wow, thank you since they left my order at the front desk near the street entrance of their restaurant. The food was amazing as always but this last time, I ordered clam chowder but it seems like they gave me a vegetable rice soup; it tasted good and I ste it all but earned the clam chowder soup. Also, ordered the blackened chicken and pasta, selected penne noodles. Alfredo smd side salad with ranch dressing. The blackened chicken and the salad were both amazing! Their food is probably rhe best tasting food in Elizabeth City NC!

1 year prior, Called a little after 5pm on Saturday, placed order, arrived, spoke to bartender, nice conversation, paid via Google pay, few minutes later, she walked out with the bags, she said food is ready and she said she told my wife it would be ready in 15 minutes. Took the food home and everyone loved the food. Daughter wanted more chicken Parmesan and calamari. I enjoyed the calamari and the pan fried catfish. Wife and youngest daughter enjoyed everything they ate. The mixed veggies were not the best though.

1 year prior, Called to place order, when I arrived, I saw 2 bags of food and a ticket or bill. Assumed it was mine and it was. Paid via Google Pay and went home with the food I ordered. The blackened chicken pasta was superb, the chicken parmesan hot the spot for my wife and 2 daughters, the calamari was good and the salad was good as well.

9 months prior, I wrote, The lady bartender in the back of the restaurant was much nicer than the lady hostess at and near the front door of the restaurant. My dad chose to go here for his 52nd wedding anniversary and he was very pleased and told me that I need to come here and try the rock fish and the Brownie Sunday. My mother enjoyed the blackened tuna. So I did as my father suggested and tried the rock fish and Brownie Sunday along with some other things on the menu. My dad said that he had 1 bone in his rock fish, I did not, thank God! The rock fish and Brownie Sunday a la mode were delicious. The baked potato, salad and Calamari were delicious as well. The sauce or dip provided for the Calamari was unique tangy and good. The Calamari and rock fish was not the best I ever had, same for the salad. I enjoyed the Brownie Sunday more than anything else. Children had the chicken quesadilla, wife had fried oysters but could not eat them. We both cannot eat oysters that are raw or almost seem raw or uncooked. Lady bartender in the back was nice to talk to. The hostess at the front told me to pickup my food at the bar. Lady bartender told me that I could pay via Google Pay and I did just that.

Nice little place for lunch in the middle of town . The staff was very helpful and attentive. The place was clean and well kept . We were in from out of town and this seems like a popular spot . Me and my wife both had the Honey Dijon Chicken sandwich and fries . The unsweetened ice tea was very good the chicken was a little tough but not so much that it was unappetizing . I believe we would give this place another shot next time we are in town .
