First time coming to Cuvee. At first, glance it’s cute, quaint, and gives a romance vibe. Mr Henry provided us with welcoming and friendly service. He’s got a great sense of humor. The food is delicious and flavorful. The bones fell off the french style ribs, so tender and juicy. Everything was wonderful, and we can’t wait to come back over and over. This is now one of our spots. We will come and enjoy the atmosphere, service, and most of all, the food. Oh cant forget Mr. Henry. Three courses of YUM!!!!

I had a great experience! My partner and I met over a shared love of French, so I was happy when he surprised me with this dinner. Ambiance felt classy and approachable. We had a fun time chatting with the owner at the table. Having lived in France, I was pleased by how familiar everything felt. The food at Cuvée was absolutely outstanding. My girlfriend and I were honestly a little nervous going in because it’s a refined spot and we haven’t dined somewhere like this before. From the moment we sat down, our waiters immediately made us feel comfortable. They joked with us, were warm and friendly, and within minutes the stress completely melted away. We felt welcome and at ease almost right away.
I ordered the three-course prix fixe: clams, soup, and steak frites.
The clams came out first. They were simple and well-balanced. Not the most heavily seasoned clams I’ve ever had, but I appreciated the chef’s approach — letting the natural flavor of the clams shine instead of overpowering them. It felt intentional.
The soup was celery and sweet potato — two things I normally wouldn’t choose — but it was absolutely incredible. The depth of flavor completely surprised me. I genuinely couldn’t describe it properly without doing it an injustice.
For the main course, they were out of ribeye but offered filet mignon instead, which I was more than happy with. It was cooked perfectly with an incredible crust and rich flavor. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside, and the dipping sauce that came with them was fantastic.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. The food was exceptional, and the service went above and beyond — especially in noticing we were a bit nervous and making us feel comfortable. We will absolutely be back. Thank you again to the entire staff.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at Cuvee Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance was charming and romantic, perfect for a special evening.

The food was absolutely amazing. We started with the muscles, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. For the main course, I had the catch of the day (bass), and my husband had the grilled lamb. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The presentation was beautiful, and the portions were generous. We finished with the warm chocolate cake with ice cream, which was the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent wine pairing suggestions and ensuring that our every need was met. It was clear that they are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their guests’ experience.

Overall, Cuvee exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. We will definitely be returning!

A small group of us, a couple local and a couple from out of state, that appreciate wines and delectable fare. Each of us were absolutely enamored by the cuisine, (each course, from the appetizers, soup, a cauli/leek and we all had different entrée’s..each as scrumptious as the other) the chatter stopped and all you could hear from each of us were.. sounds/good moans of utter delight..combined with heartfelt service and warmth in such a quaint cozy environment. Thank YOU Gilbert!! and David… will be a such a memorable experience for all of us and absolutely will be back and spread the word of our experience…

Everything was perfect. The chef is absolutely amazing.

We were greeted by Chef Henry, he was charming and funny. You can tell he has a passion for excellent service that does not feel forced or overwhelming. He was warm and inviting.

The atmosphere is top tier. The paintings on the wall are so interesting.

We started with the escargot. I have never had escargot before but this dish was exquisitely prepared. The bread was delicious on its own, then we dipped it into the sauce that occupancies the escargot and it shoots the flavor to the moon.

For the entree I had the Chilean sea bass, I ordered it because chef Henry is known for his fish and I was not disappointed. Every thing on the plate worked perfectly together. Every single bite was exactly right.

My wife had the filet mignon and the chef was kind enough to ensure she knew it was pork. The dish was perfectly prepared.

We finished with the creme brulee and it was exquisite.

Every aspect of the service, atmosphere and food was perfect in every way.

I would suspect you would have to go to Seattle for the same experience. Fine dinning that is warm, inviting and not stuffy is rare. At Cuvee we received food that should be classified as art, expertly crafted and thoughtfully prepared meal as well as 5 star service that is warm and inviting.

Great spot, solid service, great wine list. The food was right on par with most 5 star french restaurants around, the lamb was cooked to perfection, you could drink the clam broth and the soup was heaven. Even the creme brulee was great execution just don’t add the rosemary again…the flavor did not go. Still have an 5 out of 5, the Creme Carmel!
