Tried o call in an order. When I finally got released from the automated part of the call. The lady asked me to hold. I held for 15 minutes. During that time I created an account online and placed my order. Unfortunately there was no place on-line to request extra sauce. I certainly would not call the pizza we got New York style. The 2 positives i can find are the delivery was quick and the delivery person was super nice.

order was placed at 10:28 pm for 2 pizzas and a brownie dessert. it is currently 11 pm and i was informed that it would be “20 more minutes” for my order to be ready and “their apologies”. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: the one girl who was “prepping dough” was too busy watching a television show on her phone propped up on the counter as if it were some phone stand. very unsanitary and completely understandable as to why they can’t get their orders out “on time”. personally watched her dig up her nose while handling cash with the previous customer and didn’t wash hands in between nor did she attempt to wear ANY gloves.

This locations does not know how to specialize in making cheese less Pizza. I have tried ordering in person, over the phone, and online and this is the only location that seems to use the least amount of supplies to make and do not have good customer service. I am sorry to leave this true review.

I’ve been getting pizza from this location for YEARS. About 6 months ago I had to go gluten free for allergy reasons and I continued to order a gluten free pizza from them.
Last night I called to place an order (to make sure I could use my coupon for a GF pizza) they said yes and took my order. When I went to pick it up they made me a hand tossed. I said I’m sorry I can’t eat this because I’m allergic and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said there’s no gluten free made for me. No sorry, no offer to make it for me. I had to request he give my coupon back. Today I call to speak to a manager, she defends the employees but says because they say I could use the coupon for this (I couldn’t actually apparently) that she would honor it. I told her I wouldn’t order til dinner, she said she would inform the night manager of the situation so she could take my order. So tonight I call that manager, she has no idea what I’m talking about. She tells me call her back in 10 min, so I do. She speaks to her manager and the other manager and they basically called me a liar said I never had that conversation. BULL. I was on the phone for 6 minutes explaining the situation to the first manager. The manager tonight says “I was told not to take your order” once again, no sorry no nothing. Just empty promises. The employees at this location are rude as hell. I’m over it.
Don’t expect to see any order from me ever again. Yall go to Pizza Hut, they have great customer service.

We ordered online for delivery! We used a combo coupon of two pizzas and some bread bites. Everything was piping hot and fresh! The cheese was melted in smoothly and the crust was so crispy and delicious. The bread bites were hot enough to eat upon delivery and just the right about of butter and garlic. Nothing was soggy, nothing was wrong with the order! The delivery driver, Alec, was kind and professional. Wonderful person, and excellent customer service !! Thank you !!

Maybe make it where we can order via the app or online, this is the only location where I have had the issue, in town about 3 times a month and have had no luck explaining where the sleep inn is to your phone people, its literally just down the street. Had to order sub par pizza and wings from a competitor but at least they were able to find the big building down the street, so I have to give them credit there.
