Pleasantly surprised, the food was excellent…tasty, fresh and authentic, the service was great. Although it looks like it’s just a take-out place from the outside, we dined in, and we were served on nice, non-disposable plates and silverware. Serving sizes were generous as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Had the Karahi Chicken for the first time. Loved it! Dark boneless chicken with tons of veggies and a tasty tomato sauce! Again, super fresh meaning hot with a nice spicy level 4 kick.
Loved that the chef came out to say hi and explain the dishes. Can’t wait to try the seafood curry (shrimp, calamari, salmon).

The food was more genuine quality India than most other Indian restaurants around. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was comfortable and functional, but not fancy. That works fine for me for a good Indian meal for a fair price.

My close friend is Indian, and she owns a restaurant and a catering company in Los Angeles, as a result I am always disappointed by most Indian restaurants, because no one’s food ever compares to my friends.
This restaurant is the exception. The food is amazingly flavorful and fresh, and the prices are super reasonable. I’m so excited that we finally have great Indian food near us. If you feel like great Indian food does not exist in San Diego, you have to try this spot.
