Omg the juice here is sooooo good , yummy food , I was so happy to see a Latin restaurant. I enjoyed the food here. The lady that served me was super sweet. I really was so happy with everything I got here today! I will be back to try other dishes & to grab my blended half and half juice.

Cashier seemed annoyed to serve me and the horchata tastes like it’s made with the nasty premade powder stuff. Paid a dollar extra for “strawberry” horchata and it was a small drizzle around the cup.

The burritos here are great, amazing flavor and very fresh. My favorite in Reno.That said the service is awful. They need to get new management to put systems in place. Either hire more people or figure out a better system- every time I come here it’s minimum a $30 min wait. They could be a lot more successful if their operations were stronger

The service is horrible. I placed my order and paid for it then I asked the cashier for a glass of water. The cashier told me to get water at water fountain next to the bathrooms. I told her that it is no nice to send me to the water fountain when I am paying for food. She said that she did not understand why I complain if I just needed to walk by the bathrooms on the back. I have NEVER been treated sooooooo low and disgusting. This cashier was horrible and she could not care less about letting other customers know what she said to me. It is sad the cashier lacks the decency to treat customer with respect and dignity. The owner(s) need to train this unpleasant and disgusting cashier to treat customers with respect and common sense

Menu is not descriptive, so I ordered thinking I was ordering a bowl. I got sandwiches. & I get attitude because their menu is not descriptive. Then after some back n forth I got a “we’ll replace but next time order the right thing” noooo how about fix your menu.

I stood in front of the counter- no else was ordering around me- made eye contact with the woman running it- a few minutes go by – she then had a full conversation with an another woman working the market- then was ignored for a few more minutes. So then I decided to walk away bc I felt dumb just standing there. Looking at me while 3ft away and then never taking my order is crazy. SO STRANGE.

Horrible experience. I gave it 1-STAR only because the food was a 3 but the service was a NEGATIVE 2-STAR. We waited patiently in line while the kid taking orders at the counter talked to the people ahead of us for 30 MINUTES (even the poor ladies in the kitchen were standing around waiting for the ticket) After we reached the register we were ignored for another 10-15 minutes. After ordering, we waited another 25-30 minutes for 2 items. $50 total. Over an hour spent in line. Food was great, but clear your schedule for a week if you want to walk-in.

I have been coming here since the Reno Public Market opened. Their food is exceptional, I would say the best option in the market and probably in Reno. My go to is their El Cubano (ask for the Jalapeño green sauce on the side) and their Las Parceras are to die for. My boyfriend tried their Chimishuco hot dog today and it tops every latin style dog he’s ever tried. I’ve never been disappointed in their food and hope to come back for years to come.
