Stopped here after reading an article online saying they had the best Chili dogs in NJ. The chili was good, it wasn’t a thick, beany chili, but it was extremely flavorful. They also run a special, But 5, get one Free. The hot dogs had a nice snap to them. I’ll definitely be going back.

Curb Side Cafe, the official name to Parsippany’s only hot dog food truck. Countless people have probably driven past this spot on Route 46 East, just past New Road, but how many have actually stopped for a hot dog from this iconic location. With the weather starting to improve, this is a spot you should check. Jersey is renowed for hot dog joints, but how many of them are close to Parsippany, where you can grab a quick bite to eat without having to drive far?
A favorite of mine is their chilli dog with some raw onion.. When not in a chilli mood, the marinated onions are also a good choice. Other options include saurerkraut, relish, ketchup, mustard, melted cheese, hot pepper seeds or hot sauces.. Pretty sure most will be able to come up with a good combination to make for a quick and enjoyable lunch, that does not require you to drive far. The best dogs in Jersey don’t need to be debated in this thread.
Curbside Cafe does have a few picnic tables to stop and eat outside, but that takes the fun out of eating inside your car and not making a mess. Luckily Luke’s Mobile Auto Detailing is back in business should things get messy..
I’m pretty confident they are cash only and are open weekdays for lunch. If you ever drove past during lunch, you will see people stopping for hotdogs and worth checking out if you are hankering a hot dog..

Overall great spot, if you have a jeep pop open the tail and sit vibe w/ the dog for a bit and keep life moving. A great spot for a quick bite, the best spot for their chili dogs.

Best Chilli dogs in NJ hands down. Been coming here for atleast 10 years. Always an excellent meal and very reasonably priced.

I usually get outback from Parsippany 2-3 times a month but the last two times have been terrible. The Alice Springs was so dry that you couldn’t even eat the bottom of the chicken it was hard as cardboard. Also it is the second time with no honey mustard at all. I don’t know if they got a new cook but it’s the last time we go there!
