Andy behind the counter was phenomenal. Super polite positive attitude very respectful noticed him going the extra mile for every customer in the building. What a great employee. What a joke I miss Andy the manager gave me a bowl and filled it half full. This is the second time she screwed up my order and she’s so rude. Nobody was there to fix it this time so I literally got half of what they normally give me usually at least touches the top of the lid. She’s the worst. I’ll be driving to fashion place. I guess from now on.

Its good but I’m sure the company must tell them to give you extra small portions of protein cause it costs the most. Because they always give small portions and little sauce when ordered through doordash or Uber. This was/is ‘make it sloppy’. And then the delivery company wont compensate you. C- score.

I got the 8-level spice—seriously spicy but so good. My son had the kid’s meal at spice level 1, and it was perfect for him. My son-in-law went with level 4 and thought it was just right. We also got a kitty dog, which was a fun and tasty treat. Great flavors, fast service, and a unique twist on Korean food. Definitely worth a stop if you’re into bold, delicious eats!

Placed an online order and still had to wait 20 minutes after the ready time. We ordered 4 of the exact same bowls and they all were filled differently, one wasn’t even half way full. Also 2 bowls didn’t have any rice or cabbage like it should have and we were 3 pieces of mandoo short.

We went in for their Black Friday BOGO… the food was good, but the meat was a little scarce … we wanted to take some Ramen home with our purchase but I guess they don’t allow that… asked for it “sloppy” but had to ask for teriyaki sauce twice…

Excellent lunch at K-Bop! Had a combo bop with vegetables and pork. And tried out their new “K-Dawg”. This one was cheese and sausage. You could get different coatings, including corn flakes or fruit cereal. Really well done! Great service. Clean restaurant! Fun art on the ceiling! Definitely worth it!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about a recent visit to your establishment. Just so you know, I love your place so much but today I felt a little disappointed.
On my last visit, I encountered an unexpected difficulty when attempting to pay. Unfortunately, I was informed that bills larger than $20 were not accepted. As I only had a $50 bill on hand, this put me in a rather uncomfortable situation, as I had to step out to find another place willing to break my bill into smaller denominations.
I completely understand that every business has its own policies. However, I believe it would greatly enhance the customer experience if there could be some flexibility or at least a clear notice in advance regarding this payment limitation. It would help customers prepare accordingly and avoid any inconvenience.

Fun and comfortable environment. Friendly and joyful staff. Great at educating on options for a yummy meal. They were so fast making our meal, that when I added something at later, they were happy to accomadate. Great to work with! Thank you! Made our difficult day better!

You know Cupbop good. The fried chicken is great. All their noodles are sweet potato. Great portions and tho location is not stingy with the sauce. Parking is tight. Had to walk quite a way from our parking spot. Quick friendly service. No complaints.
