Went in at 5pm on a Monday as a group of 2. There was minimal activity. Got seated right away. Food came about 10 mins after ordering and was delicious. Service was good but not amazing. Our waitress spoke very quietly and was hard to hear even when the restaurant was pretty much empty. It also took ~20 mins after my girlfriend and I finished eating to get the check. Within in that time did include getting boxes and water though. The staff also seemed very nice.
As for the food it was exactly how everyone ordered. Just know their chicken and meat portions are slim though.

Had one of the best experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The food was very good but that wasn’t even the best part. We had a middle shard waitress and she was the absolute BEST!!! She made me love my experience and I will be back because of her! She was sure to mention deals we could obtain and brought us vouchers for our next meal! She was so personable and was a ton of fun! She was so informative on all the food as well and convinced me to get a new dish that I ended up loving! Highly recommend this location.

Christina was my server for the evening and she was awesome! She is attentive and genuinely happy to be able to assist throughout our meal. I appreciated all the extra questions to double check that she has our order correct. So if you have her as a server just know that you will be taken care of.

I often order delivery through the P.F. Chang’s app for lunch, and overall it’s usually a smooth experience.
Today, there was a mix-up with my delivery order involving the Uber driver. It turned into a double-order situation where my food was delivered to the wrong location and someone else’s order was brought to me. Since I was at work and couldn’t leave, I called the restaurant to see what could be done.
The manager explained my options: placing another order and receiving a refund, coming in for a replacement, or requesting a refund through Uber and returning later.
After speaking further, he agreed to process the refund and provided the rewards phone number so I could recover my Chang’s Cash, which I appreciated.
The Uber driver later returned with my food unopened, which I thought was noble. He was very apologetic, and I respected that.
I’ll continue ordering through the app because it is convenient, but I do think there could be stronger support in place when third-party delivery issues happen. Overall, a frustrating situation that was handled reasonably well in the end.

Ross was amazing! We frequent this restaurant often but today’s experience was the best we ever had. Another customer even paid our bill. What a great surprise and a great experience. We will definitely be back real soon.

We decided to try a different location for our visit this time. We had never tried the Rochester Hills location so this is a first. We received excellent service from the server named Josh. He was so polite and helped guide me for dairy free options. He went over and above and printed out A sheet for me to keep so I know what is safe for me next time.
The margarita was good, the lettuce wrap and potsticker appetizers were both delicious, the entrées were very good, I had Pad Thai with chicken and ordered cucumber salad to try, my husband tried a spicy chicken dish and he liked it. The spice level was perfect. (We had a lot to take home for leftovers- the entrees were perfect for reheating.) My husband tried a peanut butter dessert- he liked it.
I really did enjoy the Rochester Hills location, The day we were there it was pretty quiet inside and we received attentive service. The restaurant is clean. Will likely return.

The food and server were great. My only complaint is the hostess stand. We waited over 30 minutes for our reservation and watched multiple parties being seated before us (even those without reservations). After speaking to one manager, he said he would get us seated immediately. He never returned. Thankfully the other manager, Miriam, finally took care of us. After speaking to her, she had us at a table within 2 minutes. Grateful for Miriam! She definitely keeps that place running!
