This location is my family’s go to. All of the employees are great but Richie is the sweetest and most friendly person there by far. I appreciate recommendations for sauces (the Boom Boom Sauce is awesome), and I enjoy everything that I get here. I would recommend anyone to visit this location and experience the food and great customer service here. I’ll definitely be back!

The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy, and the Concrete Mixers are thick and delicious. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. A friend recommended that we try Culver’s for their hamburgers. It’s fast food style eating, but they were very tasty. Service was very good and we would definitely go back. We tried just a very simple hamburger and fries. There looked to be some other items on the menu we would try next time!

The menu in drive thru is difficult to view so if you don’t frequent Culver’s its difficult to know what you want. The ice cream is runny, soupy but tasty. Every time I go in the store to see what’s happening it’s all kids not an adult in sight. The fries were fresh. The chicken was bland and chewy.

I’d say I probably go here too often, but am I ever disappointed? No, unless you’re talking about the people in the drive through line not knowing how to pull up all the way. Other than that the food is always perfect, they never messed up our order. I do wish they’d offer Uber Eats or DoorDash but I understand they want their customers to enjoy the food Fresh, which it always is.

I am a frequent guest at Culvers in Surprise. Each time we go there, we are delightfully pleased with every aspect of this particular “fast-food” restaurant. The staff, if you are there for lunch, includes seniors, and they know how to count change! The food is consistently great, served hot with a smile! We particularly enjoy the cod and the shrimp, and the hamburgers can’t be beat! The custard is light and refreshing. The restaurant is clean and frequently maintained by a charming man who has always made us feel like the restaurant is his own home. The owner, Robert, greets us as if we are old friends, knows my name, and yesterday I had the pleasure of showing him over 25 positive statements on a Facebook Chat about his restaurant! Man at the register , i think his name was Ron, was really nice and attentitive. Food was good. Store was really busy for the amount of staff on so the lobby wasn’t the cleanest, but it’s understandable given how busy the workers were.
