I was traveling and stopped at McDonald’s for a quick lunch. I placed my order and went and sat down to wait. They came to tell me that the fish machine was acting up and they wouldn’t be able to make my fish sandwich and could I order something else. I asked for two small burgers instead. They refunded the difference and I sat down with my two burgers to eat. 2 minutes later they came over to my table with a fish sandwich for me because the machine had been repaired. It was a very nice gesture and I appreciate it.

I’d had a really hard day and was ready to pick up our grandchildren for the weekend. I had a little extra time so I stopped at McDonald’s for a coffee and fries. It was the nicest half hour of the day by that time. The people were nice and helpful. The coffee was great! And the fries were hot.

Went to the drive thru and ordered an unsweet tea and fries with no salt. Was handed a Coke, recognized that it was to dark to be tea, so it was exchanged. My fries were salty and the tea was a sweet tea. Not a good thing for diabetic. To far up the road to go back. So I trashed them. Could have resulted in a serious medical issue.

On vacation and staying at a hotel nearby, I’ve been coming here daily for my coffees and they’ve all been delicious, hot and fresh. Staff is friendly, quick and seemingly always busy (probably because the drive thru is very busy most of the time). Tried the breakfast burrito a couple of times and they’re delicious, hot and filling – highly recommend those for sure. Went once for dinner with the family and we comfortably fed 2 adults and 2 kids for under $20, great value, good service and convenient location. Only issue I could see with each visit was that almost the entire staff is focused on the drive thru, which is understandable since it is very busy. Park your car, walk inside and watch as everyone is waiting, while you’re enjoying your meal and laughing all the way to yum town!

I have no idea how this location makes any profit when they serve 1 person every 10 minutes. I’m currently sitting in the drive through waiting to be served. I’ve been here 15 minutes and haven’t made it to the first window. Had I not ordered on the app and paid already, I would leave. I stopped on my way to an evening meeting, and now I’ll be late for that.

I used their app to place a mobile order for curbside pick up. Upon arrival the app did not allow me to check in and change to another method of pick up rather it that showed it as my order had been completed and picked up. I spoke to an employee as well as a manager who refused to provide the order although I can show I was charged for the payment. One employee even tossed the food to the back out of their way while I was waiting. I gave both employees my phone, to see if they could assist me with picking up the food I had ordered. I was told by both employees that I could not received the food and I would need to order and pay again. When I ask them to refund my money for me to replace the order they told me they cannot do so . They claim the order is automatically refunded however, I never received my refund. I had to call the corporate office to request a refund. It really shouldn’t be this hard to get your order. The customer service is atrocious, and both of those employees need retraining, when somebody is literally showing you proof of how they have paid.

The wait in line is absolutely absurd! Waiting 30 mins then 20 mins for them to take your order when there’s no one even here. They need to get a routine going and get the employees on the same page. And it’s a 2 lane drive through so neither drive through was going at a pace! We were both stand still. Now I’ll rate the manners of the guy. He was nice and had good manners. Now for the food…the fries were fresh but the nuggets were a tad old and it’s 11:22am.
