McDonald’s at this location was a reliable and convenient stop during the trip. Service was fast and organized, and the order came out hot and fresh without mistakes. This is a large property with room for any size rig or RV. The lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Service was prompt and my food order was perfect. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived and made an in store purchase to thank McDonald’s for allowing me to overnight.

Ordered a large value meal. Question the cashier as to why I got a small cup and she blatantly just looked at me and said that’s how they come. I asked her if I just paid an extra $2 for a large french fries. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

The wait in line is absolutely absurd! Waiting 30 mins then 20 mins for them to take your order when there’s no one even here. They need to get a routine going and get the employees on the same page. And it’s a 2 lane drive through so neither drive through was going at a pace! We were both stand still. Now I’ll rate the manners of the guy. He was nice and had good manners. Now for the food…the fries were fresh but the nuggets were a tad old and it’s 11:22am.

I was traveling and stopped at McDonald’s for a quick lunch. I placed my order and went and sat down to wait. They came to tell me that the fish machine was acting up and they wouldn’t be able to make my fish sandwich and could I order something else. I asked for two small burgers instead. They refunded the difference and I sat down with my two burgers to eat. 2 minutes later they came over to my table with a fish sandwich for me because the machine had been repaired. It was a very nice gesture and I appreciate it.

Restaurant has poor communication with customers. It’s 10:10pm on 2/5/24 and I pull up to get some icecream. Lights in and outside the restaurant are on, the drive through screens are on, Google says restaurant is open, and there are three cars in the drive through. We all sit and wait for about 5 minutes. No one comes over the headset to say they are closed in a timely manner, and there is no sign indicating they are closed. Two more confused customers pull through while I’m waiting. Very frustrating.
Two exceptions to my one star on service is 1) a young man who works the second window and is always pleasant and friendly when handing us our food and 2) a senior lady who works the first window and is always a pleasure to talk to when driving through.

Basket of Fries
So I go through the drive-through, and on the sign it says; For a limited time, $2.00 for each of the following items as listed, Oreo McFlurry $2.00, Pies $2.00, Pumpkin Spice Coffee $2.00, and last but not least, Basket of Fries, $2.00. Well I ordered it and got my food and receipt and sure enough (Basket of Fries $6.00) so I go around and again and ask if the basket is $2.00 ( It says it on the screen ) he says no that’s a small fry. I say ahh I see, (he lied). So I go inside and go to the counter and ask if the basket of fries on the screen that says for a limited time, $2.00 is actually $2.00 and she said ahh idk, but on the screen it says it. And she said she’d get her manager, but why would I want to argue to another person that on the sign, right in front of them it says, Basket of Fries $2.00. The people were very nice and friendly but I just don’t like how I got robbed.
