I ordered a fish sandwich basket and concrete mixer. The mixer was free with a coupon that was emailed to me. I was told my total was $8.17. I had the exact amount ready before reaching the window. The guy started to talk to me then started taking an order. Another guy comes up and said my total was $15 and change. I said for a fish basket? He said then you got the mixer and that is $5. I told him the mixer is free and showed him the coupon. Then he said it was $11 and change. Still different than the original amount. They also never gave me my drink. I called them after getting home and seeing the original price of $8.17 on my receipt. Their phone is terrible! I could hardly hear them. They didn’t understand why I was told $8.17. They apologized and said they would send me coupons. I got 2 coupons for a free concrete mixer. I don’t normally get a mixer. It’s a splurge. They are rich and not something I typically get so I’ll probably not use. Coupons for an amount off regular menu items giving the customers a choice would be appreciated more.

After living in the Midwest for a decade, Culver’s is one of our favorite fast food stops. The burgers are so good. My son loves the cheese curds. I enjoy the crinkle cut fries, especially when they are nicely salted. The cashew chicken salad is a really good fast food salad. The pot roast sandwich with horseradish sauce is also really good. I love the flavor of the day custard. It’s always fun to see what the flavor is. My only gripe is that they are not Coke.

4 stars. I like Culver’s but there is always a mess up on my order. Any location, order messed up. Drive threw or lobby, order messed up. Idk about the daytime, I assume during the day there are managers there to keep a handle on the front end employees. But in the evenings, the last few times I went, the cashiers were openly talking about some topics that I don’t want to hear about and I would never talk about at my work. I don’t understand why fast food businesses have kids running the entire place in the evenings. I get the adults want to be home and not work late hours. But there are adults who drive to these locations and spend there money to eat.

This location is terrible. Every single time there is a problem and this time was the WORST!!! They make you pull forward and wait every time and constantly leave items out of the bag so we have to sit and wait for someone else to come out. Idk if there’s an issue with the speaker or if it’s just the employees but you constantly have to reiterate your order. They’re lucky they’re (usually) nice because I swear these people are brainless. This location is a perfect example of why NOT to raise minimum wage. Will not be coming here again.

It’s ok. My concrete was partially melted by the time I got it and took forever to get the food we ordered. The staff have no direction when it comes to getting orders out. Could be better.

This will be my last visit to this location. Employees need training on consistency. Fries either have no salt or too much salt. Hot fudge sundae with barely any fudge. IT’s little enough when they do it right but today I swear fudge was wiped on to one little part of plastic. There was literally no fudge in either order we received. When questioned they said that’s what you get for single serve. My absolute favorite though is when they give your malt in 100 degree weather and tell you to pull up and wait for your food usually a minimum of 10 minutes. . You lost 4 customers today

Love the food here. Fresh hamburg meat, not frozen makes for great taste. Kids love the cheese curds too. Of course the frozen custard is the best! We have gone to several Culver’s over the years and they never disappoint.

Never had a bad experience. My recommendation is that they ask visitors if they have any discounts they would like to use before paying. My in-laws would get the senior discount but at times they forget to mention it and then don’t remember until they either leave or sit at the table and don’t want to trouble with asking after the fact. If they were asked “do you have any discounts?” It would remind them and the server wouldn’t have to specifically state “Senior discount” so they don’t upset anyone by assuming. 🙂

Absolutely delicious burgers, fries, and chicken. Their custard is wonderful also! Another thing I really enjoy is that their portions are, for me, perfectly sized. Highly recommend stopping in if you want a delicious burger and perfectly crispy fries!
