Server was a very pleasant woman (not a teenager). The food was ok, but Culvers is terrible with its burger toppings. I typically ask for pickle, ketchup, mustard. And almost every time, the burger has virtually no ketchup or mustard to speak of. And sometimes Im given a burger with cheese… despite never asking for it.

Great place except today, 11/13. Used the drive-thru around 9-9:10. Got to the speaker and the lady asked for my order, I ordered and she started talking to someone else. Then when she was done talking asked me again what I wanted as if it were the first time she asked. Did not request a name for the order, or provide a total. When I arrived at the window she had me waiting again for about a minute or longer and when she finally decided to open the window she immediately hands me my drink and the ticket before taking payment and still did not provide a total. Never saw her before at this hour. Thought she was rude.

Very rude drive thru service! We asked them to hold so we can look at the menu! The second employee came over the intercom seconds later and in the middle of me ordering she interrupted asking over and over if that was all! NO that was not all.. I was not finished with the first item! We told her to cancel since she was in a rush we knew our food would be rushed! NO STARS FOR THIS CULVERS due to the poor customer service! Mexico rd Culver’s is very patient and polite!

Ordered online, picked up order and drove back home only to find out they left two of our sandwiches out of the order that we paid for. Now I have to drive all the way back to hopefully get my items they chose to leave out. Now by the time I get back home all food is cold and Culvers once again disappointed us. It’s not rocket science Culvers, get it right. You charge a premium price for what? It’s definitely not the service or the food.

Food quality and service on point. Fifth star for consistency of quality. Made to order/always fresh food helps, yet impressively fast service considering. I’ve waited 3x longer in a McDonald’s drive thru (with two lanes for orders and pre-made food) for 3x lower-quality food/experience and a broken shake machine. The girl in drive through is sweetheart, genuinely cares that your interaction is pleasant. Harder to find these qualities all together these days.
