They always have friendly service and good tasting good quality food. You normally have to pull over to the side and wait briefly for your food but it is worth it. The prices are decent the salads are nice and fresh.fries are crispy and delicious. The custard is the best so much better than ice cream or soft serve

This place had a drive thru line over a mile long. We decided to try our luck and go inside to eat. They were hustling like crazy to fill orders. All the while with a smile on their faces! The food came fast & it tasted fresh too! I gave it 5 stars based off of hard working awesome staff & scrumptious food. Thank You for a well staffed location that makes great burgers.

Culvers messed up my order and when I called in the person who took my call couldn’t even take an 8 digit number over the phone and refused to give me someone else to talk to. Then they needed to take my credit card number to refund it. After the 5th number he was screwing it up some more and finally allowed me to talk to someone else. Then I was told if I wanted any other compensation I would have to give the number again. At that point I just wanted to be done. It was not a language barrier so Culver’s should put in a process to ensure all food is included and then ensure that they have a better process when there is a mistake. Mistakes do happen and when they do that is where good companies can shine.

This place does not deserve one star. It deserves five stars but the reason why it’s getting one star is because I was told at the union meeting that Culver’s is thinking or it’s about to build a store in Orland square using non-union help that doesn’t go good with me on my brothers and sisters who are at the union meeting. So the word is spreading like wildfire that they are about to use non-union help to build a store or a restaurant taking jobs away from hard working men and women who struggle to maintain a decent wage so that they may be able to send their children to college and pay for bills and higher others. This is not acceptable. This store has nothing wrong with it but it’s something wrong with Culver’s new culture. Thank you

If you’re the General manager reading this please bring this to the attention of the staff members of the late shift of 04/12. I just recently moved in the area and I’m a big Culver’s fan. I ordered my food thru the drive thru and some miscommunication lead to me receiving the wrong order upon leaving . I was a bit frustrated given the fact that Culver’s to me is what other fast food restaurants should be and second because I had to wait in line ,again.. I spoke to the manager in charge about the situation they corrected the mistake and displayed what to me looked and tasted like the best burger ever!! I literally told my sister “look at this” “this looks like a burger you would see in a commercial” even the box said “looking good as usual” I’m one satisfied customer. To me it’s the little details that matter. Respect was given and earned. Thank you!
