Was so upset the bread was hard and old once I peeled away all the bread there was barely anything in the sandwich also missing ingredients asked for. When the store was called the staff stated they didn’t have tomatoes ext but still took the order I think for future reference if the store is out of ingredients the order should be canceled by the store if possible out of respect but hopefully the store will do better in serving their customers especially through delivery since the customer is not present but all respect to everyone and hopefully things will get better but I have to say I was highly disappointed

I ordered 2 spicy Italian subs she only put on 6 slices of pepperoni and salami. When I corrected her she argued with me then said she called the manager and confirmed???? She had not. Really bad customer service and honesty i feel kinda cheated

Most unprofessional experience in my recent memory. As I’m walking to the store, a subway employee (found out it was the manager) was smoking right by the door. I walk in, music is blasting over their personal system behind the counter. The guy assigned to making my sub, asked me what else I wanted on it after just putting cheese on the bread ♂️ Skip to an employee by the name of Tae? She starting singing out loud, obnoxiously after I asked if the music could be turned down, I couldn’t hear to even tell them what I wanted on the sub. She then begins to bark at me, the manager told her to go to the back, she said she ain’t. I want the owner to contact me, there’s so much more than what I can say here. Horrible experience, I will be contacting the BBB!!

Ordered on the app…get there to pick up food and was told they didn’t have certain items to make 2 of our subs. We didn’t want any other kind just a refund BUT this subway (Bingham Dr by food lion) does not do refunds. Called corporate and per corporatethe store is supposed to give refunds. Called this store back and was told by manager that the owner will not allow them to.

The reason on writing the view is for this young lady name Destinee. She made the best steak sub for me and took her time. At the time of destinee making my sandwich she told me they was out of mayo ( which I didn’t mind) it was an older Arabic man in there who yell at her for no reason and smartly said “ You don’t tell Customer that “ I was shocked and when I ask her who the man she said it was her manager.. which I don’t agree on how he talk to that young lady, the only reason why I give this establishment 4 stars it’s because of the young lady. She’s a go getter, I hope she see this and be proud of herself because she is one of the best, If YOU WANT A SUB. She told me she only works Monday Tuesday Wednesday ( I think it might be Sunday Monday Tuesday) please check her out and she has a bubbly personality she won’t let you down also she works with a girl name Tae or T I forgot but she’s great too they are a perfect duo .. thanks you guys for making my experience great at subway! Don’t let that bitter old man disrespect you.
