Just left this location, When we walked in , I noticed a guy in a red shirt(manager I’m guessing) giving my girlfriend a harsh stare, obviously brushed it off, got to the counter and was greeted by a newbie (she still needed help here and there) I do know how it feels to be a new root to an establishment , we realized the girl behind her was her “trainer” while my girlfriend ordered , the trainer stood in front of me gloveless until a older man(white) walked in and walked into my personal bubble and gave his order, she immediately greeted him and started his order. All of this happening while a manager says nothing. No words were said on me or my gfs end. I knew she didn’t want to talk to me , me and her made eye contact a good amount of times. We’ve got to do better as people.

It’s 6:11pm. I’ve been standing here 10 minutes and the girl is just cleaning. 2 more people behind me. One girl working. Felt bad for her. Like it’s peak hours. Why are cleaning the bottom of the cooler out. Not sure if management will see this. You all need an adult here at nigh or another person.

This Subway is always disappointing. Thought we would give them another try. Worst than ever. Employees were told they could leave early because of storm coming.They just threw ingredients on bread without asking. Wrapped them up. Did not ask if we wanted anything else. Told us total and said bye. Very rude as ever other time. Will not ever go back to this location. Will go to Jersey Mike’s.

There’s are entirely too many flies in here for a Sandwich spot. I do like that they are aware and covered the sandwiches while making and even have a lil lift up too thing where the meats come from … service was good, just disgusting by having to constantly swat flies

Met the new owners while having lunch today. My sub and pretzel were delicious and they couldn’t have been more friendlier. Even saw them and their daughters cleaning the tables and moping the floors making sure the restaurant was clean. Will be back for sure.

For the very first time, I have to leave a negative review for this location Subway
I had an online order for 1 footlong tuna with extra tuna on flatbread. My sub wasn’t on flatbread and didn’t have the extra tuna that I expected…(You can tell when you’ve eaten at a place for a long time, just what your sandwich should look like!)
I think I might stick with Cliffdale Plaza location. I pray I get my order right next time. My husband told me to open the wrapper and make sure it’s right before leaving next time!
I’m really disappointed I expected a sub made to my liking and didn’t receive it.

Every time we order here online, they always seem to half make the sandwiches. This time we ordered 2 foot longs…we had no mayo, no mustard, no banana peppers or vinegar and oil. I want what I pay for. Next time, I guess I’ll have to go in and supervise them making our food ♀️ ♀️ very poor customer service. Idk who the manager is but you need to teach staff to read and follow directions.. y’all have one job and tht is to get the order right…

This location made one of the best subway sandwiches (and I’ve had tons) that I’ve ever had. The lovely employees working had a very welcoming persona and took care in placing everything on the sub in an ordered manner. 10/10!! Or in this case, 5 stars!! 😀
