They want us to waste time driving back, to pick up our correct order. Waste time and money because of a mistake they made.
I’ve never had problems with any Culver’s, service has always been top notch. This Elmhurst location is terrible compared to the other local locations.

Wellll tonight kinda really pissed me off. I was somehow overlooked on my takeout order and it was given to someone else .. Had me wondering why it was taking so long.
Add insult to injury the large crowd of teens had their orders. I suppose I couldn’t be seen sitting right near the front with the number shown if not for the group of teens.
I do commend the manager for handling my attitude cause boy I was irritated! That was time wasted and I really hate giving up my time for nothing.
I wonder what sorts of corrective actions can the restaurant take to insure customers aren’t being told their orders were given to the wrong person and wrong number too apparently.
