This location clearly needs better training support for there front staff. The poor kid taking my order has no idea what’s even on the menu. I asked for a salad where the chicken would be substituted for buffalo tenders and they told me that it wasn’t possible. When this was brought to the attention of another employee, instead of offering support to the kid they just made excuses and went about their job. Our order was also incorrect, when my mother asked for the sandwich to be plain with only cheese the employee did not remove the other toppings. THERE NEEDS TO BE A TRAINER WITH A NEW/INEXPERIENCED EMPLOYEE!!! It’s the dinner rush, and it’s easier to get an order right than fix a bunch of mistakes.

We bought food through the drive through. We were given the wrong order and didn’t see until we arrived home. The manager wouldn’t give us a refund unless we came back to the store and they also wouldn’t refund the original order.
We ordered 2 burgers and were given chicken tenders.
They want us to waste time driving back, to pick up our correct order. Waste time and money because of a mistake they made.
I’ve never had problems with any Culver’s, service has always been top notch. This Elmhurst location is terrible compared to the other local locations.

We like to come for special occasions, the great deserts don’t leave us wanting more.
Had the Strawberry chicken salad with pecans, blue cheese, and curly endive.
Very nicely satisfying salad playing on savory and sweet and creamy. Really Yummy, satisfying, filling too.

I’ve been frequenting this Culver’s for years now. Usually a decent experience. Sometimes an ‘eh’ one but hey such as it goes.
Wellll tonight kinda really pissed me off. I was somehow overlooked on my takeout order and it was given to someone else .. Had me wondering why it was taking so long.
Add insult to injury the large crowd of teens had their orders. I suppose I couldn’t be seen sitting right near the front with the number shown if not for the group of teens.
I do commend the manager for handling my attitude cause boy I was irritated! That was time wasted and I really hate giving up my time for nothing.
I wonder what sorts of corrective actions can the restaurant take to insure customers aren’t being told their orders were given to the wrong person and wrong number too apparently.

I’ve never been into a Culver’s so clean before. The staff very friendly. I to try the Pretzel Haus Pub Burger it’s so good a must try! .

I seen the commercial for the pub Burger on TV and I thought I would try it so I got three double Pub burger combos for me and the family and it was exactly like the picture they put gooey cheese up on top and regular cheese on bottom the sandwich was to die for something with the onions on the bottom tasted like a relished onion very complimenting to the sandwich!
