The service was great. The food was very great. Having both tarter and cocktail sauce was great on my fish. BBQ sauce mixed with mayo was terrific. This is the first time since Covid that we have eaten at a restaurant.

Ordered kids meals, got single hamburgers instead because cashier wasnt listening. We used our free coupons for ice cream and asked for the flavor of the day, cookiedough and topping of dove, received soft serve swirl with york peppermint patties. Had to use a microscope to find the ice cream with such a tiny serving . Our first bad experience with Culver’s, avoid this location if you can.

Our food was hot and fresh. It was slow coming out of the kitchen. Our porter, counter person apologized. She moved quickly to return to the counter. The problem we had was with the rest of the service. When our order was brought out they had forgotten an order of onion rings for my wife’s meal. When she returned to the counter, the counter service was so slow that her sandwich was cold before she was able to get their attention to inform them of the problem (an 8+ minute wait before acknowledging she needed to talk to someone despite many people behind the counter and trying to get their attention. She was eventually able to ask to speak to the shift manager, Alex). No apology was offered. They did remake the sandwich and made the onion rings. This all took so long, that I had finished my meal before my wife returned with her food; she also then, ate “alone,” as I had (and the Cooler she had ordered had melted).

I had a concrete mixer, which is like a Blizzard. It was really good but not mixed all that well. The bottom part of my cup was just vanilla ice cream (custard).

The burger was pressed flat there was no middle to the burger. Then it was cooked to almost being a hockey puck. I don’t expect a sit down restaurant style burger, but for the price a little more burger to my burger.

Not our usual experience from Culver’s. We stopped in for lunch while traveling. The drive thru was under construction and the available path was a bit tough to use with larger vehicles. Even the path into the restaurant was narrow. This location was extremely busy and it took quite a long time to get our food. When food was received it was ok, but not totally he same standard as the locations we frequent at home.

We stopped here on our way back from Canada on Friday July 14, 2023, shortly after entering the restaurant a woman who I assume was a supervisor or manager was standing at the front counter yelling at employees, Something in regards to what not to say in front of customers… This woman clearly lacks management skills, she’s very unprofessional and should be reprimanded. She continued to talk about the incident very loudly, the entire restaurant could hear what she was saying for several minutes. This kind of behavior reflects very badly on your restaurant.

I really like Culver’s and this place has always been as good as others we have been too. The staff is friendly and they donate to local school events and stuff. I haven’t been inside in a while, but the last time I was, it was clean. This time we went through the drive through and ordered a shake and sweet potatoe fries. The shake was out immediately, but they asked me to park to the side for the fries with a post it note and number on it. Pretty much every car was getting parked to the side. We waited a pretty decent amount of time for the fries to get done, so I was bummed it took so long on that. The fries were OK, but I have had better from them, so I don’t know if it was because they were rushing or what. So, a little disappointed today.
