The service was great. The food was very great. Having both tarter and cocktail sauce was great on my fish. BBQ sauce mixed with mayo was terrific. This is the first time since Covid that we have eaten at a restaurant.

Had the deluxe burger and it was cold in my opinion.
Got the cheese curds to go with it and they were overcooked and cold in my opinion.

We are from out of town and everything is great. Food is fresh and prompt, crew has been great. The Atmosphere is a 1 star because the same song plays on repeat all day!!!!! And we have been in town for a week and been back about 4 times. I could go sing “The last time” (The Rolling Stones) karaoke with no monitor. Borderline torture and I fear for the employees subconscious….lol

At a time between lunch and dinner, only four vehicles in the drive thru, and I waited over 5 minutes for 2 cheese burgers and a fry!! The cheeseburgers were supposed to be “loaded” but there was 1 (one) sliver of red onion and NO tomato!!! I’m very disappointed with the quality of the burgers and service. The fries were hot and fresh.

It is 8 pm. There is two cars in the double lanes. You have us both wait to take the first lane’s order. Then make me wait again, just to take the 1st lane’s order with a new customer and forgetting that I have been waiting and waiting on lane 2. This location also tends to forget things, like cheese with your pretzels.

I really like Culver’s and this place has always been as good as others we have been too. The staff is friendly and they donate to local school events and stuff. I haven’t been inside in a while, but the last time I was, it was clean. This time we went through the drive through and ordered a shake and sweet potatoe fries. The shake was out immediately, but they asked me to park to the side for the fries with a post it note and number on it. Pretty much every car was getting parked to the side. We waited a pretty decent amount of time for the fries to get done, so I was bummed it took so long on that. The fries were OK, but I have had better from them, so I don’t know if it was because they were rushing or what. So, a little disappointed today.

Ordered kids meals, got single hamburgers instead because cashier wasnt listening. We used our free coupons for ice cream and asked for the flavor of the day, cookiedough and topping of dove, received soft serve swirl with york peppermint patties. Had to use a microscope to find the ice cream with such a tiny serving . Our first bad experience with Culver’s, avoid this location if you can.

Our family used to love Culver’s. The past few months our experiences with the food at this location have been bad. Consistently bad. The chicken strips are always cold in the middle, frozen cheese curds, frozen fries, and the drinks taste like they are all mixed together. The food isn’t lukewarm, it isn’t properly cooked. I’m not sure what happened, but we won’t be stopping anymore.
