Got all the way home to discover that my chicken sandwhich was missing the top bun. I do not recommend their drive thru something always seems to be wrong. I have much better experiences when I eat inside.

Food was good like usual. Always hot and fresh. We always order a double deluxe meal, gluten free bun. We checked for the gluten free bun before we left because several times they have forgotten it since it comes in a separate bag, and got all the way home to find out they forgot the fries.
Its about a 50/50 getting the entire order right. But we still love Culvers.
Guess we just need to take longer checking every bag.
Also, I noticed they a 30 cent credit for the bun you DONT GET; I dont recall that before. But the overall meal w/ GF bun price went up nearly $4.

Nicest Culver’s I’ve ever been to, both in terms of how kind and professional the employees were as well as how nice the building was! So clean. Big inside. Food was excellent. I had the curder burger and loved it.

Before you read this. I want you to know this is the first time this has happened at any Culver’s. I get there. Order my food. The kid gets my name wrong and repeats it back to me in a condescending tone. Food came out quick. Left. Not only did I have to go back because I noticed they forgot the fries, but after I got home. I noticed something very odd about my burger… No Top bun. The kids working there tonight were not paying attention to anything. Culver’s please look into this… Thanks. Very disappointing. I don’t leave bad reviews. Correction must be made.

Ordered two medium concrete mixers, the topping were only mixed in on the very top of the cups, the other 2/3rd of the cups was just straight vanilla custard. Very unsatisfied and just not impressed.

Restaurant was sparkling clean and the staff were very kind. Always a pleasure to eat at Culver’s. Tried the curd burger (not sure of spelling) and it was very delicious. I’ve never had one before. We always love the food, the service, and of course the desserts. The fish dinner and the grilled chicken sandwich are always tasty. So are the fries. What’s not to love?

Usually give high marks for Culvers, Tonight had a snafu with ordering on there page. I ordered they said it was all good money was taken out. got to the store told them we were there and get an e mail my order did not make it to the store and the IT dept would look in to it. come on culvers do better.

In my opinion, the quality and flavor of the food is slowly going downhill. I used to really enjoy eating here, but now it’s just fast food. It’s probably more the care taken in cooking and preparing the food than the food itself. And the pandemic is long over, yet all Culvers are still charging to add tomato to a burger. Even if I overlook that, if I’m paying extra, you could at least give me a tomato that comes close to being tasted in every bite.
