Came in at 3, all tables were dirty, floor is disgusting, food everywhere, liquid on the floor, obvious slipping hazard, there’s no care for their lobby at all. Outside is the same as inside. Havent even ordered yet. Their line table is clobbered with food. Where’s the clean? Dirty dishes touching knife rack??

A lot of the food is very dry all the time I go, the service has changed. I have a lot of experience in food and I can see that the rice is served toasted. They always scrape all the containers and serve the dryest. It’s been 2 months since all this has changed. I always ate with my family. There is and it was different. The food is very fresh all the time. You can see that all the protein is served without juice and dry without flavor.

We LOVE Chipotle, but this is the only one in the area unfortunately! Service is fantastic – the people working here are friendly. The atmosphere is chill, louder music and low lighting with an industrial feel. Outdoor seating available too!

Everything about my visit was great! While we went for Destin High School’s soccer night, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that The entire staff was friendly, the trainee never missed a beat in the weeds, and her teammates helped when they saw she needed it. Everyone was calm, communicated properly, and with respect. Our food was made quickly, everything was fresh, and I feel safe eating and feeding my family with everything we left with!

Upon entering the establishment, we saw a huge line that didn’t seem to be moving, but decided to wait. We arrived at 7:15PM and didn’t leave with food in hand until roughly 8:40PM.
The ice was over flowing from the drink machine. There wasn’t any lemonade or spoons. The entire line was gross. All the tables and most of the seats were so disgusting, I didn’t even want to sit on them while waiting in the line.
I counted 8 workers. 6 of which were doing absolutely NOTHING but watching their 2 team mates run around like chickens with their heads cut off. & to add insult to injury while waiting over an hour in the line, I witnessed 4 works make their food right in front of us, sit at the nasty tables on the lobby, and EAT in pairs.
I understand folks need breaks, but it was completely unacceptable for the line to literally be out the door and multiple employees eating together while disgruntled customers starred.
It was pretty awkward and people were def letting it be known they were upset.

This location (and only location in our area) is a disgusting mess. This Chipotle is so poorly managed, always out of things, always a mess and the employees never have a good attitude. I have attached a photo of how the food area looked last night at 6pm. Disgusting mess and out of items, right at dinner rush. What about this photo makes you feel like you are eating in a clean and safe environment (food wise). That is always the case. Our area needs more locations and this location needs some serious improvement. My meal was not edible last night, not sure the chicken was cooked fully. Do better!!!

Consistently the worst Chipotle I have the misfortune of visiting. Every single time my partner goes to pick up food from this location, the workers get something wrong with the order. Today, they outright forgot the barbacoa in my barbacoa burrito bowl and still charged for it. They have to be watched like a hawk in order to not mess something up with your food.

Staff are un knowledgeable and do not care. Restaurant cannot keep items in stock. Should not be running out of stuff at 7 PM. I had to throw away My overpriced chicken bowl because the employee put too much pico on it and I cannot eat super spicy food. The restaurant was Overwhelmingly dirty. Staff does not clean. Do not recommend going to this restaurant.
