I recently ordered two pan con bistec from Cuban Guys and must say they were prepared extremely well. They have a good portion of meat, and you can even request a double portion. As you can see from the picture, the first half disappeared in a heartbeat!

I’ve been on the hunt for the best Cuban sandwich, and unfortunately this was the complete opposite. Easily the worst Cuban sandwich I’ve had so far.
The pork was extremely dry and overcooked, with a flavor that reminded me of meat cooked on a dirty griddle with old burnt oil. The sandwich wasn’t pressed at all, no crisp exterior, no warmth holding it together. It fell apart almost immediately.
A Cuban sandwich should be juicy, pressed, and full of flavor. This one missed the mark on every level. Very disappointing.

This is a great place to eat, it’s calm, colorful, and very clean. The guava milkshake is delicious, and the pan con lechón is amazing!

Ordered two sides of picadillo from The Cuban Guys in the Kendall location through Postmates. $5.20 EACH… and if that was more than 2.5 ounces, I’ll eat the container too.
At those prices, I expected a side — not a sample spoon from Costco. Do better.

My original review said they were “slow as hell”. This is still true, but the food is too good to say I wouldn’t come here again. It’s just a tradeoff due to the demand, so beware as I had to wait an extra twenty minutes for my order.

Was in Miami picking up a brand new car stopped in here for quick bite did not expect what I found the food here is phenomenal I had I was like a Cuban rap and it was delicious it had chicken rice beans fried plantains and cilantro sauce that was delicious yesterday I had a Cuban sandwich that took me back to my youth totally totally recommend

The food tastes good. Masas fritas are great! The colada is also good. The amount is not a lot , but i guess that for a non real cuban place is good. Ambience is cute, a simple place to grab something with some taste after 8pm because they close late. It’s an ok place , i would say is like the McDonalds of cuban food. Maybe i come back another day
Hi owner of Cuban guys .Im editing my review in hope you read this, sorry I didn’t know you were cuban , what made me think it wasn’t a real cuban place was the beans, usually my grandma made those with caldo and you had to eat it with a spoon and also all other cuban places in miami if you ask for beans they give you that potaje , but here beens had no caldo so it hit me like more of mexican beans like for the tacos , even with arroz at other places they do it with caldo “ pa que moje “ like my mom says , so it was that an d a couple other recipes variations but i see i was wrong, sorry. Thank you for your reply and work in this place is good. Keep it up keep it real keep it cuban. Un abrazo
