Check your orders, they can’t count, and this is not the first time it happens.
Update, I called Jorge in good faith, he said he’d call me back in 5 minutes, and never did, you guys stole from me is how I see it. I will remember.
The pork was extremely dry and overcooked, with a flavor that reminded me of meat cooked on a dirty griddle with old burnt oil. The sandwich wasn’t pressed at all, no crisp exterior, no warmth holding it together. It fell apart almost immediately.
A Cuban sandwich should be juicy, pressed, and full of flavor. This one missed the mark on every level. Very disappointing.
Service is fast and the staff is efficient.
At those prices, I expected a side — not a sample spoon from Costco. Do better.
Consider this your warning before you pay entrée prices for appetizer portions.
Ive been a loyal customer since their initiation. No longer .
I was reading other reviews and I see I’m not the only one this has happened to.
PS tried to attach pics unsuccessfully.
Rice bowls honestly barely have rice
Hi owner of Cuban guys .Im editing my review in hope you read this, sorry I didn’t know you were cuban , what made me think it wasn’t a real cuban place was the beans, usually my grandma made those with caldo and you had to eat it with a spoon and also all other cuban places in miami if you ask for beans they give you that potaje , but here beens had no caldo so it hit me like more of mexican beans like for the tacos , even with arroz at other places they do it with caldo “ pa que moje “ like my mom says , so it was that an d a couple other recipes variations but i see i was wrong, sorry. Thank you for your reply and work in this place is good. Keep it up keep it real keep it cuban. Un abrazo
