This is my neighborhood McDonald’s we loved the old one so I was excited for the reopen! The wait for one item in the drive thru and even inside of the restaurant takes over 30 mins! Please do better I’m sitting here in the drive thru line now waiting on my ice tea I haven’t even paid yet only ordered.

Couldn’t wait for the new McDonald’s to open and went there at 2 pm on a Sunday for a simple order and waited a full 30 minutes before I got out of there. Had to speak sharply to a clerk and ask for a manager as no one was taking counter orders. I have the distinct feeling that there is ZERO management in that kitchen just a bunch of employees struggling to do their best Do NOT got here unless you are doing a drive-in order and if you see a long line of cars, do somewhere else.

This place should’ve stayed closed!!! They need more competent workers. Every single time I order from these ppl through Door Dash they mess something up. This time I ordered 2 meals and they sent 2 sodas, 2 fries and ONE SANDWICH!!! I’m top of sending no sauce for a 20 piece nuggets. This has got to be the worst location on this side of town. Never had this problem with New Hampshire Avethe whole time this hellhole was closed for renovations. If you can’t fill simple Door Dash orders turn your Door Dash availability off!!!

Like others, I came to try the location since it reopened (second time, more on that later). We ordered ahead and used the curbside option in the app. Checked in, the app showed the order would be out shortly…for 18 minutes. When I went inside to see what the hold up was and told them my name, another customer informed me they had called my name for several minutes. When the staff brought my order, which had clearly been ready for some time and was not hot, I asked if they were aware it was curbside. The person who brought the food said they knew. I asked if anyone was going to bring it out and she said that it was a lot. Will not go back, especially with the excellent service at nearby McDonald’s on New York and Rhode Island Ave. It’s a shame because it’s a great location. Remodel does look nice, but this service was terrible. I had previously had issues with a breakfast order and wanted to give the location another chance – I now see this is just the norm here.
After following the restaurant’s response and completing a form online I got an auto-generated response signed “Sincerely, Customer Service Representative.” This place is a joke.

I came to try out the location after it reopened, but it wasn’t the best decision! There were only 2 cars in front of me, but it took 20 minutes to receive a cheeseburger and nugget extra value meal. I should have known better when I noticed, only after ordering, that the new inventory was sitting outside on the ground. If you decide to stop by this location, check your order before pulling off. It’s like they don’t even listen or care, just throwing stuff in any bag.

Didn’t give everything we ordered all food was room temperature and when asked for fresh fries Manager came back shuffled bag to me more concerned about the time clock instead of customer satisfaction. Didn’t put 2 strawberry cream pies

Brand new McDonald’s. Nothing works. Terrible service. Screens were down. Couldn’t take my order and didn’t listen to me when I asked for alternate ways to order. Avoid this place at all costs.
