Chocolate Caramel Twist: Chocolate and Vanilla Fresh Frozen Custard swirled together with ribbons of old fashioned salted caramel and chopped Dove® Chocolate pieces.
What I actually got: Chocolate custard with some chocolate pieces. No vanilla custard. No ribbons of old fashioned salted caramel.
Very disappointing since I rarely treat myself to something off my diet. They didn’t answer the phone when I called to ask why they so sloppily mixed my flavor of the day. After seeing a few similar reviews, I probably won’t be back. This tastes like crap. Definitely not made with love as the commercials portray.

Do not get custard here unless you want plain chocolate or vanilla.
I keep holding out hope for this location to be better, as it’s my local Culver’s. However, everytime I’ve gone and ordered a sundae or the flavor of the day, they put barely any toppings/add-ins. I literally go from excited to get my flavor of the day to wanting to just throw out my cone or sundae because it’s not what it’s supposed to be.
Elkhorn, Mukwonago, and Burlington locations are so much better for custard!
Non-custard items are pretty decent, but they’ve missed items in my order before. So like others have said, check your order before you drive away!

Complete crapshoot when ordering online. Your order might be ready as promised, accurate and tasty. Or late, wrong and mediocre. Most of the time it’s middling. I am usually disappointed because they can and have done better. Inconsistency is the only guarantee. The Culvers in Whitewater is so much better that it makes this location seem worse than it is. They are definitely a step ahead of Elkhorn. So, middling…

The order was wrong. The burgers were put together poorly and lacked toppings. The concrete mixer also was poor built with little ingredients. Its a bummer when your family is craving some Culvers and the food is subpar at best.

I really appreciated how my cheese cup was dumped all over an entire bag of food this last visit! Anytime I order icecream for curbside it’s always “soup”. It’s like they make the icecream first then let it sit next to hot food. I was hoping by now they could make fish but every time I’ve ordered, the batter is super thick and undercooked, leaving a raw “goo” inside. It’s really disappointing to spend this much on food only to throw it out.

I was having such a bad day today and decided to go get some food. I got a mushroom swiss, fries, concrete mixer and a drink. The woman who handed me my food from the sidewalk tonight addressed me by my name, instead of number and very kindly spoke to me and handed me my food. She was so kind. Thank you for making my rough day a bit better.
