Retired “Foodie” Lady
We ate lunch here, knowing that Culver’s is always so good. I ordered the fish sandwich value basket with fries and a drink. My husband ordered the Strawberry Field salad with grilled chicken and chose the raspberry vinaigrette and onion rings. He was very impressed with how good the salad was and said he would order it again. The onion rings are lightly battered and delicious. My fish sandwich was also very good: tender and flaky. The service at the counter and delivery to the table was friendly and efficient. The manager was circulating around the dining room asking how everything was. He even picked up our empty tray!

The staff here is great! Kei helped us get a new punch card, cause we had two of them for some reason. We didn’t even ask them to help us like that. We also got our discount.

I can see why it’s a 4.3 rating, I ordered and paid for sauce, they forgot to bring it with the meal, sent my son up to get it, they made him pay for it, I went up and was flustered. I told then if they just did there job in the first place , this wouldn’t be a issue !!! This is the 3rd time this has happened. Thats why I’m writing this review!! I love the food, but this restaurant needs training and better customers service!! I will not return to this place.

This is like the best fast food place to me. I love vegetables, fries are pain and bondage.

Food was great, I mean, its Culvers right? Staff was friendly, place was clean. We enjoyed it, and obviously the cheese curds were top notch. Oh and the pretzel bites.

Food was great , hot and fresh. I just think that they misheard the order because we also ordered cheese curds which she acknowledged i thought anyway but I dont think she heard us because they were not rung up but we didn’t realize till we got home. Otherwise order was great. My favorite is the chicken stripe with fries

I would love to give this 4 or 5 stars, but this location screws something up almost every time I choose it. Please tell your team to look at the tickets more closely because when someone says no pickles, do NOT put pickles on it! I love the cheese curds and the freshness. Unfortunately, the accuracy needs work.

Great food and exceptional service. Would definitely recommend giving them a try if you have never been here. The onion rings are the best we have ever had at a fast food place. We have been told the custard is really good, but we were so stuffed from the burger we will have to go back another time to try.

Amidst the wintry scene of desolation at the center of God’s Country, ones begins to wonder when we can expect freedom from the cold that penetrates the deepest facets of our country in times like these. Cold that is felt in an empty room before a blistered hand releases a radiator, wistfully hoping for a kiss of warmth. Cold that we see everywhere – a loved one’s frosted eyelashes, a sniffle from someone behind you in line – two strangers from far corners united by purpose. We also feel coldness from within the people around us. A hot meal denied to our most vulnerable populations. Most of us care about others who struggle, but few are willing to reach out a hand and offer solace.
When you step into a Culver’s, you don’t expect to find yourself surrounded by the type of service that not only offers a hand of solace in a moment, but follows you in darkest seasons to help you along the path. My traveling party did not just feel welcomed, we felt home. A meal that satisfies our deepest cravings is not one that you often find without a dining room table laden with sparkling dishes, mom gently fanning a napkin over her lap. Alas, you can’t expect the shining dishes at the Culver’s, but you can definitely expect the same level of satisfaction.

Fries Luke warm. Tables not kept clean. Burgers (doubles) were sliding apart. We stop there 3-4 times a year while traveling. Always very nice. This time we were disappointed. Perhaps new ownership?? Or new management??
