Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes after ordering 2 meals watched atleast a dozen cars leave that showed up way after us. When we finally got our food it was cold and made with onions that we asked to not have on our sandwiches. The guy that finally brought our food was snotty. First horrible service at a Culver’s and we go to these quite often. Tried to call them for an hour after we left and they don’t answer the phone! Save your money and time and skip this location.

Came here on a busy Friday night on our way up north. We screwed up our order, but thankfully the girl at the window was able to relay the information to the cooks and they made it right.
We love the burgers, fries, coleslaw, broccoli. Chicken sandwiches are good too. We always leave Culver’s feeling satisfied!

I’ve officially had it with Culver’s. If I wanted cold fries, I’d dig them out of the bottom of my car from last week. Every time I order, it’s like they grab the fries, say a prayer, and let them sit until they emotionally cool off. I’m DONE. Stop serving me freezer-burned sadness and give me food that’s actually hot.

Went here with a curbside pickup order. Waited 30 mins before going inside to check on it. They had it in the carry out section the entire time because they “couldn’t find my car.” The guy at the front was incredibly short with me and started yelling after me because I didn’t say goodbye back to him. He started following me through the windows, gesturing to me and trying to start a fight. Absolutely 0 customer service skills and he should be fired. He’s tan/brown, skinny and short. I wonder how often he tries to pick fights with customers
