I went through the drive thru here around noon on 4/24. I was greeted kindly and received my food shortly after pulling up to the window. The cream cheese rangoons were delightfully crispy on the outside and warm and creamy on the inside. The super greens were cooked expertly and had a wonderful garlicky flavor. And the mushroom chicken was absolutely delicious. If you like mushrooms and zucchini, this dish is outstanding. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a good time.

Someone needs to tell Panda Express why people order through the app. It’s not to arrive twenty minutes after placing your order and then wait another 15 minutes in line to get your food. Their system needs a serious overhaul. They should call Chick-fil-A for help. This has happened the last 4 times we have ordered from this location.

I ordered take out for our family. It said it would take 20mins which worked perfect for how far away we live so when my husband got there to pick it up he waited another 20mins on top of the original. Very disappointed in the service.

Love the location of this Panda Express as it is much closer to our house. We visited on a Sunday afternoon about 2 pm. Noted the parking lot was fairly full, the drive thru had about 10 cars. When we entered the building, half the tables were full and d 5 people standing in line for mobile pick-up orders. It took several minutes for one of the line staff to wait on us, giving me time to look at the entree bowls. As usual, the string bean chicken was empty, as was the grilled chicken teriyaki and honey sesame chicken. I also noticed that none of the cooks were cooking anything. Both cooks were in the back, and the girl that finally helped us had to go get one of them to make the string bean chicken and teriyaki chicken. Seems to me there is a breakdown in communication between the line staff and the cooks, allowing the line to have empty bowls when they were obviously busy.
I am aware that this is a new location, but I have had similar issues at other locations of Panda Express. The food was good, and portions are generous; however, they need to work on keeping that line full and not having people waiting for the cooks to ‘catch’ up. We also noticed that cars in the drive thru had to wait for food to be brought out to them.

I am sad to say that this location sucks. We were told at the window that we would need to wait 5 minutes but 15 minutes later we were told they burned a batch of beef and broccoli and would need to start over. After we changed the order to something else they came out to tell us the wait would be 5 more minutes. That’s when we asked for our money back.

3 times YES 3 TIMES IN A ROW I have been ignored and unattended to, they’ll smile at me and then pretend like I’m not there,
I just know if I were a senior citizen they wouldn’t be treating me like this…
I never did anything to nobody, but if that’s how they feel, I’ll just stop eating there, lost a loyal customer because the staff there doesn’t know how to perform simple customer service…
I’m done I’m never coming back… This Panda Express location is terrible!

The onions were still raw and it wasn’t as seasoned as I am used to from Panda Express. Service was friendly. All of the tables were dirty, so my family and I chose the least dirty and cleaned it.

12/21/2025. Food was not seasoned. Not a grain of salt on anything. It all just tasted boiled and raw. Is this supposed to be asian food? I don’t see how anyone likes this crap. YUK!!!!

Was super busy but good staff… didn’t have everything Iwanted but worked with me and gave me a premium at no premium extra charge.
