I like that after you order they give you a number for your table so you can get your drink and be seated and they bring your food to the table and your not standing around waiting for your food. The burger is definitely better than other fast food places. I also liked the crinkle cut fries.

Swung by the drive thru with a couple friends one of them recommended a fruity blend malt so that’s what we all got, and WOW, that was GOOD!!!! Full of flavor, fruit chunks, malty, and it was delicious!!! I would recommend this one to anyone that wants a or likes them!! Great people that work there very friendly!!!!

I tried the new pepper grinder pub Burger, and I got to say it’s a fail experience with Culver’s is that they are very good experience was not so great. The service was good and the restaurant was clean, so no complaints there.

On our way back to Ohio from Grand Rapids area we saw a Culver’s sign on Rt96. It may take 5 miles of driving to get to this location off highway but it’s worth it. Fast service, hot food and friendly people!

Everything was nice except the chicken tenders ,that were soggy. They were hot but very soggy with grease they weren’t even crispy. You got nice people working there and it’s a very clean establishment. But the food was horrible .

First time we went food and frozen custard was great. Next time food was so so and the flavor of the day was a joke. The flavor was snickers and they were out of waffle cones then when I pulled up to window they said is chocolate ok as they handed it to me. They did mix the snickers in only sprinkled a little on top which fell off. Instead of the flavor of the day we got chocolate cones. Next time flavor of the day was turtle dove. Mine had some sprinkles of chocolate on top no carmelnor pecans. My wife’s had very little chocolate sprinkles, no Carmel and one pecan. I am done with this location which unfortunately Ionia is the town I visit the most. Cascade and W. Saginaw street are the greatlocations, I will continue to go there instead. Sadly disappointed.
