This is the first time in forever that I’ve been to a Culver’s. It was a very positive experience! I ordered the Cheese ButterBurger. I was pleasantly surprised they have GF buns! They are in a separate package in the bag, which is so it doesn’t get contaminated with gluten from other food. It ended up being delicious! I will be coming here again!

I just left the Culver’s in Ionia and requested a burger with a gluten free bun. When I was requesting that it be gluten free the person taking my order ( I went through the drive thru ) told another employee oh great in a rude tone because they did not want to do my order even though Culver’s clearly offers gluten free options. They don’t even take the gluten free bun out of the package it comes in when they serve it to you and yet they wanted to complain? SMH.
After a long wait for the food they brought everything out but didn’t bring the ice cream I ordered which was the flavor of the day. At this point I left without the ice cream because I was not going to wait any longer. I drive straight home which is only a 2 minute drive from Culver’s to my house and I open my bag to find my burger falling out of the bottom of the box ( as pics show ) because they did not properly put paper in the box to prevent the burger from falling through the box. Beyond disappointment in this experience with Culver’s and this is the second negative experience I’ve had. This one was worth writing about though.

Haven’t eaten at Culver’s in quite a long time. Food was good, EXCEPT that the burgers were very greasy. Also, husband ordered a bacon deluxe burger, ate most of it before he realized they didn’t put bacon on it.

Culvers really helped Ionia step up its game offering delicious fast food without skimping on quality. Had their chicken tenders which were surprisingly much larger than the average fast food restaurants. Splurged with the limited time Salted Caramel Pretzel Brownie dessert which was superb!! Price maybe slightly higher than other fast food chains, but so worth it!

Ate there Saturday about 4:00. Could work on there food being hot & not so greasy, especially fries. Might of been cause it wasn’t exactly supper time. Or maybe employees don’t care that much? Pretty sad spend $30.00 on two meals & both kinda crappy!! Won’t be returning anytime soon!!

I am absolutely mad , how can a business operate and not accept pennys ?? Our bill came to 25.23 & the waitress said “We don’t accept penny’s , you have to round up because they don’t make them anymore “ what an excuse to get more of our hard earned dollar ! It should be illegal!!!

I hadn’t been to Culver’s before. Wow, that was a terrific meal. I had a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. Everything was cooked perfectly. I appreciated the nice selection of sugar-free beverages as well. Definitely recommend Culver’s.
