I had an exceptional experience at Culver’s! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.
Here’s what stood out:
• Food: The Spicy chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious—juicy, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The crinkle-cut fries are always a favorite, and their frozen custard is a must-try—so creamy and rich! My banana split shake was amazing!!!!
• Service: A special shoutout to Mickey I HAVE BEEN A GM AT A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT AND IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW MICKEY IS THAT TYPE OF EMPLOYEE THAT I WOULD WANT TO REPRESENT MY BUSINESS!!! It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and Mickey truly embodies great customer service, making my visit memorable—he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. His friendly attitude and genuine care made a huge difference in my experience.
• Cleanliness: The restaurant was spotless, and you could tell the staff takes pride in keeping it that way.
• Atmosphere: The warm, inviting environment made it a great place to enjoy our meal.
Overall, this location of Culver’s exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this place for anyone craving a fantastic meal with outstanding service!
Give that man a promotion and raise!!!! That’s the second time I have been to this location and even with it being so busy he still perfects it all to the T and I can’t forget the young lady with glasses she is amazing as well

Absolutely delicious. I never knew how good their cheese sauce, their broccoli, their pot roast etc was!!! I haven’t been since I was probably 15 and holy cow ive been missing out. Me and my husband loved everything! Service was quick, food was hot and delicious. Very pleased

Food is always great, on our most recent trip our food took a little longer than usual due to a mistake on their part which wasnt too big of a deal, but to compensate for the extended wait we were given a coupon for a free value basket, so in the end all was well!

I got a concrete mixer and they did a good job mixing all the toppings throughout. This is very rare for a culvers so I give them a 5 star for good mixing.

Upper management is obviously not paying attention to the Google reviews and are trying to play “make it right” after the fact at their bleed blue website instead of fixing the obvious problem at it’s source, which is the lack of local management accountability. I used to think this location was great, but lately, it’s been iffy. Employees chatting with each other in the front and back about non work related topics causing subpar customer service. For example, I thought I had the order takers’ undivided attention when they asked, “What can we make fresh for you today?”, but they seemed more concerned about their coworkers. Which explains why I ordered a pork loin sandwich lettuce/tomatoe/onion/mayo basket with onion rings instead of fries, and I received a pork loin that was obviously cooked much much earlier, with fries instead of onion rings. Obviously, I didn’t get the attention adequately enough to get an accurate order. The food came out suspiciously quick, so much for “make fresh for you today.” The sandwich was hard to chew with any bites taken from around the outer 1/4 of the loin. Barely any lettuce at all, pickles I didn’t request, and I don’t understand how one tiny sliver of an onion was a decision made in the chatty-horseplay style kitchen. These problems need fixed LOCALLY, not at your bleedblue website.

It was a Sunday evening, and this Culver’s was pretty busy, and they were slightly delayed, so one of the clerks came out and told me that are ordered be just a bit late. He offered to compensate me with something else, but I said no don’t worry about it. So the service was great and the food was good and I commend this Culver’s to you

Couldn’t get app to take payment – kept getting invalid authorization token. Went to drive thru and was told the app wouldn’t be live until tomorrow, even though it let me fill a cart and enter payment method, completely wasting my time and efforts. When I got to the window a manger was there, so I asked him about the app and if the 25% “welcome” coupon would still be valid on a later order. He was extremely dismissive and said that he knew nothing about the app.
