The hubby’s and I tried this restaurant for the first time in 15 years that we have lived here. HORRIBLE SERVICE we spent $50 for 2 adults. I get home the hubs goes to eat his bowl of chili with cheese….picture below for reference. We got more cheese that we did chili. I call to talk to a manager the young lady on the phone gives me this bs I calmly as for corporate number she says “I don’t have that, try again later” then hangs up on me. Very very unprofessional. I’m an office manager and if I was a manger overseeing this restaurant location I would get rid of the whole crew. Alexandria is the one that took the order, the young lady that answered the phone didn’t give a name. This is very unprofessional and uncalled behavior. We definitely will not be returning to this location. Probably not to any other location as well. For the price and unprofessional and ugly behavior.

The chicken, bacon, ranch wrap was disappointing. Not worth the $10 for the small portion size and overpowering taste of corn chips that canceled the flavor of the other ingredients.

The service was amazing. The team member working the drive thru was friendly and professional. I asked for extra crackers and hot sauce and he honored that request. There’s something about Skyline Chili’s hot sauce that’s addicting. Great flavor. Good food. Friendly service. Parking spaces available around the restaurant. Decent prices.

First timer and used the drive thru. Service was fast and friendly. The food wasn’t hot. I’ve nothing to compare, since this is the first time I’ve been, but it was a lil disappointing, however still really good. Looking forward to getting it again and maybe going inside.

At Skyline Chili we ordered a cup of Chili and then the 4 way small. The chili was super super good, I really liked the 4 way and the cup of chili with the Oyster crackers were a perfect match. The person in the window was very pleasant and gave us extra oyster crackers when we asked for them. Would definitely recommend this place, they need to expand to the west coast!

James was a delight! The food was exactly as I ordered it and was extremely fresh. Overall, it was a really great first-time experience, which is really refreshing considering the other interactions you get out there. The staff deserves a raise. Management – make sure you treat them well.
While I actually did not like the chili (it’s Spiced like pie??) and ended up taking it off of my coney. It really was a great experience, and I highly recommend it.
