New favorite for deep fried deliciousness. Tried Culvers for the first time. The buffalo chicken tenders and jalapeno cheese curds hit the spot. Staff at this location were friendly. Manager too came out to chat.

East Coaster here, first time in Indy and tried my first Pork Sandwich here, it’s ok maybe more flavor. I had the butter burger and cheese curds. They were ok could use more flavor. The salad is nice and big. I’m use to Burger King, Shake Shack, Five Guys and Ruby Tuesdays.

mid western fast food. i think fast food on the west coast needs to take notes, as the fries didn’t have the West Coast processed texture and the cheese curds could be a late night snack when you don’t make them yourself.

i can’t speak much about pork loin sandwiches. I have only had 2, so can’t claim expertise just yet. i do believe there is a benchmark pork loin sandwich out there. just not here, definitely not bad, but not knock your socks off great either.

the customer service is good, friendly and even when i made a mistake ordering, it was still corrected and made right. kudos!

the burger looked good, too bad I was looking for the pork loin sandwich first. guess I’ll see what the update looks like next time I’m back in a year.

As bad as the weather yesterday Culver’s was open and very busy, inside and out and it appeared they were in full staff. I give them credit for having you to wait at the window on drive thru to prevent their employees from walking your order out to your vehicle. I was happy to see them open. Ninty-eight percent of Indy was close. I was so happy they were open and very professional at the same time.

I typically like this location, but I had the worst experience here. Yesterday I placed an order on the app and let them know I was at the restaurant. My food was supposed to be ready at 5:14PM and I didn’t get my food until 20mins later at 5:34, after calling the restaurant about my food. I asked if I could be compensated for my wait and no one addressed my issue. It’s frustrating having to wait that long when I used the app for the convenience of ordering food ahead and being there when it said my food would be done.

The food is good. Staff is friendly. Dining in is usually a good experience. I do not recommend curbside pick up, as it is typically very slow. If you’re going to order ahead and pick up the food, go inside to get it.

I don’t really know what their food tastes like, I only go for the shakes which are amazing! It’s worth the lactose intolerant violence that happens after a few seconds.

It was the worst Reuben I had in my life. The one in Greenfield was good not at 21st and Shadeland. Bread was soggy in the middle hard on thedges. Very little meat and no thousand island dressing. Second time I have there both times horrible food. I guess I will have to drive to Greenfield if I want Culver’s or just boycott it for good.

I went through drive thru. We ordered my mom the pot roast dinner to take to her tomorrow because that is what she wanted. They gave us the order minus the mashed potatoes we ordered, and gave us broccoli which she will not eat. Now, I’m at home making potatoes. In other words, if I had wanted to cook the food I would never have went to Culvers in the first place. I will never make that mistake again. I will stay away from Culvers.
