I got a single Butterburger with onion rings. Burger patty was dry and warm, not fresh, and you can tell. The toppings were sloppily put on and had basically no lettuce and itsy bitsy pickles. Onion rings were a bit warmer but mid. Girl taking my order was impatient and guy at window did his job efficiently. With this being my first time here, I would say it’s a C+ establishment with a lot to be desired. Wendys does fresh better.

Fun and tasty visit to Culver’s and great escape from the pouring rain. The team was busy the entire time we were there and we felt bad because you could tell they were scrambling to keep up. Despite the constant crowd and lines the service was good, food tasty and we will definitely come back. The constant crowd did mean messy tables and picked over condiment bar (no ketchup cups and messes) but it was fine. We wiped down our own table then cleaned up when we left. Was a good experience and definitely recommend the cheese curds.

I like the food at Culvers since I know it’s fresh made. The cheese curds are good however the pretzel bites are better in that cheese dip! The sandwich is always done well. The daily flavor of the day was devil chocolate chip.

Unfortunately a greasy mushroom swiss butter burger. It was tasty, though. Cashier at the counter was not very friendly. The crew member who delivered the food was much nicer. This is the first of many locations where it was a not-so-good experience.

The customer service at the counter was great. The dining area was mostly clean. Fountain drinks were correctly flavored. The wait was long but it was lunchtime in a heavily traveled area. The order was incorrect, and of course, we didn’t notice until we were back at work. The french fries are crinkle cut kids style which was weird for me. The burgers weren’t as flavorful as I was expecting. Overall I wasn’t impressed. I’ll stop in again but it won’t be a regular go-to for me.

It’s sad because I believe visiting Culver’s in other areas like, Navarre, FL exceeded my expectations to when I come to this one in Avon they are mediocre (at best). To pride yourself on serving fresh, hot food (for the wait) I’ve consistently been served lukewarm burgers and onion rings (even when I decided to forgo the drive-thru and dine-in). I wish this restaurant improved their overall quality and service.

Their fish and fries, dinner 2 pc was fabulous. Comes with 2 sides. I hit broccoli, and hubby got the coleslaw. The fish is always cooked to perfection. Crunchy on the outside and flaky moist on the inside. Not dripping in grease. Always fabulous.
