They always mess up the app code at the drive-through. Maybe one day it will be better, but I don’t think it will be anytime soon. Usually you have to wait another 15 minutes to order another reward as he uses that one up and you can’t make another until the 15 minute timer runs out. The app would be great if it worked all the time or the the app is great if the employees would work all the time. Not sure which of those two suggestions needs looked into first.

I did not finish my Sausage Biscuit yesterday because after a couple of bites I knew that there was going to be a problem and I was right. A few hours after eating it I was woke up out of a dead sleep with a pounding headache and I was throwing up and I was laid up in bed for the rest of the night . Imagine if I had eaten the whole sandwich? Someone definitely pulled these off the grill before it was time and this should not be an issue because these grills have timers on them just so long as the person operating the grill sets the right timer there will not be issues like what happened with me and I was feeling fine before I ate that and it was also the first and only thing I had to eat since I was not able to get out if bed let alone fix something else to eat. I think it’s safe to say that the trust I give to this McDonald’s is no longer here and I’m better off just buying stuff to make my own breakfast.

Went to get quick food to eat around 10:05PM on 6/17/23 and waited 15min to see if someone would answer to take my order. (Store wasn’t busy at all was only me and 2 other cars) so I pulled up to the window and some lady that looks like 69 the rapper tried snapping on me and said she isn’t taking my order on the window to go back around again. When there wasn’t even a car behind me. But is all good. If you don’t like your Job/ the way you live quiet and do better ♂️

I order a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and tell them to add bacon. I get a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle instead with no sausage. After watching them screw up another lady’s order right in front of me too. I was on the way to work, so I didn’t have time to get my order fixed. I got charged extra for food that I didn’t even get to eat. SMH

Went through the drive thru, ordered $40 worth of food, to get the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Not only did I watch three different vehicles pull up to get ordered fixed in front of the 5 vehicles in front of us pass , but also have to ask for a refund twice. First time they gave me a refund for bacon on a burger that was suppose to come with it. Sam, Erica and Zach are here the three employees that were the rudest people I have ever dealt with, let alone shut the window door while we are talking. I will never again go to this location ever again.

6/9/22 – Went for a quick lunch and the service was great. Place a special order of a double quarter pounder with cheese and lettuce but made as a Big Mac. It was fantastic and double quarter pound Big Mac should be a regular menu item!
