This was the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I cannot begin to describe the euphoric elation upon my first bite into my lovely quarter pounder with cheese. The fries were hot and crispy. The coke was zero. My kids kicking my back seat as I made the trek to the mountain but I remained unbothered for I was at the edge of perceptual reality itself: the fries were salted by a shaman or wise elder. I’m not even kidding: the bag was folded as if by machine. Perfect creases. The chicken mcnuggets had one of every shape and were freshly crisped. The crunch followed by the juicy tender white meat had no need for sauce. Much like a fry’s imperfections can be masked by catsup, all manner of unholiness can be baptized with bbq sauce and be remade anew. The chicken nuggets were without original sin and I left the sauce forsaken. This was a singular experience. I do not hate McDonald’s and it is rarely my first choice but as far as finding God in the drive thru, I may never see his divine face again but I will remember it forever or drive myself crazy chasing the memory.

The drive thru employee was UNBELIEVABLY rude to me! I ordered a LARGE breakfast meal with an orange juice and a caramel frappe with extra drizzle… I asked for the frappe BEFORE I asked for the large orange juice and was not given it when I pulled up to the window, so when I said I ordered one, I was told that she checked the order and it’s correct, so if I wanted it, I had to pay for it. Her entire attitude and demeanor was SO RUDE and dismissive, didn’t even offer an apology or anything, just insisted with this annoyed look that she knew the order was right without even checking anything… the problem is I asked for the LG caramel frappe BEFORE I asked for the LG orange juice… so how did my orange juice get on there and not my caramel frappe? Horrible customer Service, I have never had a problem until now with service here, I hope I NEVER see that employee again. Whoever was working the drive thru on 11/22 for the breakfast hours needs to seriously check her tone with customers. Oh and I almost forgot to mention I literally read my mobile app code as the very FIRST thing I said to the drive thru employee, and somehow it STILL didn’t get added to my receipt… I’ll also mention she didn’t even ask if I was using it, I pulled up and all she said to me was “what are you ordering?” not “hello, may I take your order?” or “welcome to McDonald’s, are you using our mobile app today/may I please take your order”? Please PLEASE retrain this employee, I have worked customer service for over a decade and THAT was one of the worst experiences I have had.

This McDonald’s has turned into crap. They stopped toasting the English McMuffins bread, there giving you untoasted English McMuffins bread. They’re just taking the English McMuffin bread right out the bag without toasting it, and serving it as is what the meat cheese and the egg, and it tastes disgusting. So if anyone wants to go to a good McDonald’s in Kent, then go to the one that’s right next to Burger King, that’s across the street from the DSHS building, because this one has turned to crap, and the one I told you to go to they serve their food nice and hot unlike this one. You’re better off going somewhere else

Came here on Saturday morning. It was clean and quiet. All the workers are working hard to prepare for the day. We ordered our favorite big platter with hot cakes and vanilla latte. They use contactless order, simple and efficient.

Drive thru should be open at 5:30am on Saturday from what the window says and online. Stopped by today to get my team breakfast and I alongside 4 other people tried the drive thru. Employees in the building but nobody answered the loud speaker. Then I parked and called the location. Someone picked up the phone then hung it up. From where I was parked I could see the lady who was on her cellphone walk over to the phone and hung up. Then she went back to standing at the counter on her cellphone. While waiting in the parking lot (figured i would try the drive thru ar 6am) I saw several other people try to order with no luck.
