I always get the Reuben and went the other night around 8pm and someone literally out a slightly mashed burger patty on my rye bread instead of normal chipped beef.. unacceptable as well as a concrete mixer that had barely any chocolate chips/reeces bits

This was a terrible experience we decided to try it took 25 minutes sitting in the front of the store waiting for 2 milkshakes by the time we left all of our food was cold. We started complaining that we just wanted our money back then the guy offered us coupons and finally gave us our milkshakes. We told him to keep his coupons because we are never coming here again!!! Then to top it all off our order wasn’t even right and our two milkshakes were completely different even though they were supposed to be the same thing. Oh and they only gave us one fry instead of the two we ordered. I would not recommend going to this place

Aside from the unprofessional staff the food is obviously amazing. When we walked in both register where taking people’s orders. Then when one register was done someone started to walk around with an iPad showing people pictures someone took of the employees. And the lady taking orders just completely ignored us to turn around and look at the photos on the iPad instead of helping the line of customers forming. On top of that everyone else started to gather around and were all being quite loud and obnoxious over the photos.

While I have to wait to get my to go order, I know it is going to be fresh and hot. The food is always good and the prices are not too bad. (Better value for your dollar than the rest of the fast food places). The crew at this location has always been on the ball, polite, and friendly. Kudos to the management team for their training! Oh great heavens, I didn’t know this place existed until 3 days ago and it is some of the best food that has ever graced my mouth. The food was just phenomenal, they made it very quickly and it was fresh. It took us longer to figure out our order than to get the food. Kind and helpful staff and an amazing experience, would recommend.

We have stopped here when we’re in the area for 3 years now. The food had always been fantastic and the restaurant has always been very clean. However, it seems we always get very rude service. This time was the last time we’ll go. The service we experienced was totally unacceptable! We ate then went to get icecream and walked out with 2 other families. A guy named Parker was working and he was extremely rude to everyone there! Someone needs to get control of him or they’ll continue to lose business.

For whatever reason we seemed to be forgotten about after ordering nothing but three ice creams. Had to ask them if they forgot us. 10 min later they brought out our completely melted mixers and a malt that was supposed to be chocolate banana and they brought vanilla. Like just vanilla….. I used to come here all the time and I don’t know what happened but it’s terrible now. I’m honestly so shocked to be handed actually melted ice cream and have them clearly see it’s melted and not even care at all

Avoid this Culver’s. This is what they served me last night, someone actually walked this sorry excuse for food out and hand delivered it to me in my car with an order of ff in the bag. This is their famous “butter burger” with added bacon. Absolutely Shameful! McDonald’s wouldn’t even serve this garbage. I normally go to the Culver’s on Jacaranda. I will not return to this one, ever!

So there has been a glitch in culvers ordering system and even though I order from the university culvers which is 150 steps from my house, for over a year, twice a week, it’s always populated to the university culvers, but now it has redirected me twice. Both times the other culvers. Managers have been non helpful ar both locations. The cattlemen manager even was abusive and the university culvers crew heard it. Then he hung up on me and refusesed to answer a call back.Avoid the cattlemen location if thier leadership is like this. Everything trickles down.
