Visited this location tonight around 7:30p. The young man at the counter was clearly new and he was very pleasant. I asked what size the large mash was. He showed us the cup it went in. This was fine and I proceded to ask if I could order 2lg mash no gravy and 1lg cup of gravy. The 1s time the new kid asked the expo for help he walked away mid question ignoring him completely. The second time he called him over we explained multiple times what we we wanted he distractedly looked at the POS screen said yeah we got it told the new kid it was right and turned away. I watched the kitchen ask about it and i heard him answer tried to correct him and he blew me off. We then saw it was a couple togo souffle cups of gravy again we tried correcting him (raising our voices in hopes of not being ignored again) this time he tells us they dont sell it that way. At this point I made it very clear thats why we asked ahead of time and that he wasn’t listening. Now what I assume was a shift supervisor came over and approved the extra gravy we asked for and I thought it was all good to go. However, I get home and the mash containers are only half full and I have 6 souffle cups with 4 of them only half full. (See pics)

Went once and kind of fell in love. Staff has always been super friendly, food really good especially the chicken tenders and ice cream. The cook to order allows for warm/hot food but the wait can be a little. The delivery to your table if dining in. I do wish their drink selection was updated.

Good selection of burger-chicken-fish sandwiches, with novelty menu items like roast beef wcheese and fried shrimp…and sides like chili cheese fries and cheese curds! All served fresh and hot. Happy to find a store when we travel! Not cheap…but worth a little extra….

Very disappointed. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches – no drinks or sides – and the bill was $17.31. The sandwiches were half the size that they were last year and not nearly as good. The only reason I didn’t rate it lower was the young man that took our order was pleasant, attentive and thoroughly professional. We used to enjoy eating at Culver’s but no more!

We ordered two sundaes with salted caramel…..wish I’d of taken pictures. The caramel was barely drizzled on…about 1/4 tsp. When I go to other stores they are generous…will not be back.

Just wanted vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. But the blue sprinkles turned the white ice cream completely blue. And I mean COMPLETELY.
(Do Carvel’s chocolate sprinkles turn their ice cream brown?)
Common. When I pointed it out, one gal said “that’s cause of all the blue dye in the sprinkles”….
Rite into the garbage it went.
Ummmm….. really?
Even after a generous tip, I wasn’t offered a new one.
Maybe I should come in for a burger? I’m told they’re really good.

I went to this location at 7:00 pm today and this young girl named hannah with bright pink hair was very rude and had an attitude while i was ordering because i was taking too long, and I could smell marijuana coming from her, it was very strong. Later while I was walking to the bathroom I seen her hitting a vape in the back while no one was up front by the registers and people were waiting for their order to be taken. I would never go back to this location solely because of todays experience, very unprofessional.

Is there anything not to love about Culver’s? The Culver stilluxe single patty was delicious, and the cheese curse or squeaky! If you don’t know your cheese curves, that means that they are fresh. Friend had a salad that was delicious, and my concrete mixer was very well done with Butterfinger and salted caramel.

Ordered via drive through. Service was fast and friendly but whoever packed our food up needs to be trained again. Only gave us ONE single napkin. For 2 people who ordered burgers and fries.
Would’ve liked ketchup but they don’t ask customers about that anymore I guess.
The burger I got was just okay. It looks smushed. I’ve been to other Culver’s and the food we had was good so we came to this one. I guess quality depends on the location because this was a miss.
The food looks sad. Cheese was not melted on my burger.
Does that mean it didn’t spend enough time on the grill?
Food safety 101: Time and temperature control. Kinda makes me nervous to come back to this place if they can’t get the simple thing right.
