Finally tried Culver’s for the first time the other day. The drive-thru runs like a well oiled machine, staff are friendly and helpful. I had the fish and chips with coleslaw, fries and a roll. I am picky about fried fish and this was crispy, moist and thick – really good. The roll was a bit dry. The crinkle cut fries were hot and crispy. Coleslaw was very good. I received 2 large cups of tartar sauce which was very good, 2 large cups of ketchup and even real butter. Condiments, plasticware and napkins were all in a small separate bag which was great. I thought it was a bit pricey for fast-ish food at 15.99. I will go back though because I really want to try a burger.

Finally got to try culver’s as someone who lives in Maryland. The curder burger was amazing, just insanely rich! The pretzel bites and fries were delish, but the onion rings were just meh. Service was great. Next time I am in a state that has them, I will definitely be returning to Culver’s!

This Culver’s is a breath of fresh air with all the burger places around. The ingredients seem fresh, the staff is always friendly, and I am so appreciative of their gluten free options. It always feels like they are taken seriously as well, and the staff is knowledgeable. Great for a quick lunch option!

Absolutely, one of the best Culver’s I have been to. We stopped in for lunch and it was nothing short of fantastic. Fries hot, burger was very good and the entire staff was great!! Keep doing what you do, Burlington Crew!! We will definitely stop in again when in the area!!

The burgers were good. Patties were thin but had plenty of cheese. Crinkle cut fries aren’t my favorite, but oh well. The root beer was delicious, as was the concrete mixer (chocolate with Reese’s and brownie bites). There was good music playing and plenty of space.

New Burlington NC location (Exit 140): On June 9, 2025, I purchased a North Atlantic Cod Sandwich Value Basket and found a hair in my sandwich. I was at work eating just before my shift when I noticed it, but was roughly 20 minutes away from this location and didn’t want to punch in late, so I decided to call to have the issue handled. I was told that “they didn’t do refunds and that I could only get a replacement meal or coupons.” Although I wasn’t interested in returning to this location, I figured I would just take the replacement meal/coupons and try to use them at another location. It’s been roughly two weeks now and I still haven’t received the coupons, despite giving my name and address to have it delivered. I even received an email from the operator of the restaurant saying that she mailed them herself. It’s possible they got lost in the mail, but we could’ve avoided all of this if they would’ve just returned my money. Regardless, just make sure you check your food before leaving this establishment.

I tried the butterburger and it is definitely a smashburger and very tasty. Very similar to the Freddy’s steakburger. I also tried the cod fish which was very tender and flaky. And I think I had steamed broccoli for a side dish because I do not eat french fries. It was a unique experience where you can order at the counter and have it brought to your table or you can sit at the table and scan a QR code in order from the table. There is outdoor seating available also.
