While visiting Woodland Hills, I googled a breakfast spot that looked pretty good and Nat’s didn’t disappoint. The parking was a little tricky as you had to back in off of Main Street, but they do have parking in the back which I would’ve chosen if I would’ve known ahead of time. I got this special sausage plate with hashbrowns, scrambled eggs and maple turkey links, which were pretty good. My wife got the basic breakfast plate with regular sausage which was OK but a little salty. Would recommend because they have a lot of choices to choose from. Satisfied.

Definitely will be back. Small but roomy. Loud, it was the weekend, but could still engage in conversation. Wait time was super reasonable. Server was exceptional. Food was amazing. Prices were good considering everything was so good and portions were generous. Recommend the Howie’s waffle, (who is Howie?) Fruit was really fresh, syrup was delicious. Parking can be tricky. It’s worth driving around the block to find a spot. Weekends are busy, worth the wait.

The valley is filled with all sorts of amazing diners and Nat’s is definitely one of them. I drive up to the valley from West LA frequently for great diners and would highly suggest trying this one out if you haven’t already. It’s a traditional country diner with large sized portions and fair pricing. They have a very small parking lot in the back, but it was full when we arrived for Saturday brunch so we had to do metered street parking. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out quickly. Inside is really homely and fairly small. They don’t have outdoor seating so if it’s very busy, expect to wait a little bit for one of the inside tables.

They have a fairly large menu, and it has all the classic options that you would expect. As always I started with a cup of coffee and it was strong and delicious. We also shared a Cinnamon Roll to start our meal and it was honestly really good. It did not have the traditional white cream cheese frosting, but I still enjoyed it. For my meal, I chose the Short Rib Benedict and thought it was terrific. The meat was really tender, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I would definitely order it again.

Overall a great diner and a solid breakfast, brunch, or lunch spot. I plan to be back in the near future to try more items.

After reading Google Reviews, this place was on our list for breakfast while visiting Calabasas. It’s really an old diner with good old fashioned breakfast. Service was really good, breakfast was great and selection on the menu was awesome. While we got lucky finding a parking spot on a busy Sunday morning, I can see where that could be an issue.

Nat’s on Ventura is a delightful neighborhood spot that feels like home from the moment you walk in. The cozy atmosphere, combined with the friendly and attentive staff, makes for a welcoming experience every time. The menu offers a wide variety of classic American breakfast and lunch options, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

I highly recommend the pancakes—they’re fluffy, delicious, and generously portioned. The coffee is always fresh, and the service is consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a warm, inviting place to enjoy a comforting meal, Nat’s on Ventura is the place to be. It’s a true gem in the heart of the Valley!

The food and presentation is excellent. The service is hit -n -miss. Everything from host acknowledgedment to server attitudes. I’ve been going to Nats ever since the early 2000’s in Van Nuys. This is the only location that I’ve experienced spotty service.

I like the traditional look of the restaurant thier service is so nice, and they are very kind. I hope they add some yellow light or shaded decorative lights to the walls. The only thing that bothered me was the cold, ice general lights. Everything else was fine. And the food seems healthy. The omelet was cooked nicely and vegetables were fresh.
